Will I get a Visa or denied ? Please help me before making the move

This whole idea sounds a little bit weird. If you can't explain it more clearly to the interviewing officer, I think you're going to get denied, maybe because the whole school-paid-learning-football so you can get investors and start a business sounds so odd...

I have already paid 160 usd for my b2 visa and have consular appointment on October 23rd 2014.I am not showing any financial proofs from my Indian bank account as I've got a refund of 3000 pounds from a british university and 400 pounds more to come.So roughly I got 4000 usd in my british bank and I am showing the online statements as Financial proofs.

Do you have any other ties to India? Based on what you posted, I don't see any way they can approve a B2. If they give you a chance to present supporting information and you tell them what you posted here, your chances will actually go down.

Hi

I've lived in Britain with a student visa from October 2011 through September 2013.I did not pass in my second year,so I had to leave Britain as my university said I can't resit too.

Very odd not to let you resit but with a caution for a sexual offence that might be the reason as I know a lot of universities have a clause where you can be kicked out for certain arrests.

The unfortunate thing I had was, there's a criminal record in my name where I was given a simple caution by the British police, i did not go to jail there too.The charges were filed as a sexual assault under the category of improper touching. It happened on a night where I was drunk, I usually don't drink, but on that day I had 4 or more pints of beer, and I was completely blacked out.I did not even have any intention of doing that but was charged for it.

Not intending to do it before you set out for the night doesn't have an impact on what happened and the seriousness of it. It is taken very seriously in the UK.

The reason I am visiting united states is to get some American football training so that I could get a job in American football in canada, india, germany or united kingdom. This institution which is offering me the training has got contacts with people in those mentioned countries.

In Canada it is mostly Canadian football. Different rules too I think.

I have clearly no experience of American football, except I have played rugby while I was in Britain and my instructor told me it would take a minimum of 6 months for me to understand clearly.

Er the UK doesn't really do American football, mostly on account of having Rugby.

I got a letter from the institution saying that they are going to provide me food and housing. They have sent me an online word document with their logo and contact info with a letter saying that I will be training with them and they are going to provide me housing, food, internet along with training.

Beware of companies that only send word documents. You might want to do a search using the image of the logo to see if they stole it from someone to use in scams

Sorry I wasn't trying to sound harsh but it came across that you were trivialising your arrest. Groping, which it sounds like this was what you were cautioned for, is taken very seriously.

They do. There is a professional league.

I don't think that is the hard part of the story.

In that case would he not start locally?

a b2 for training? isnt that for tourism?

You can attend a business seminar or take non accredited training or courses but these are usually only a few weeks long. My company sends international employees to the US on B-1/2 visas all the time on company training or 1-2 week long technical training specific to the industry.

Yup, you are right. I do it once a year... but this seems more like formal education (not really, ha!) but in the sense that it is not a simple course, but rather something that will lead to employment and thus, perhaps includes certification.

IMO this seems like a whole a lot of stuff to try and explain in a brief visa interview. I would recommend to clearly state in your application, including as many details as possible. I honestly don't think OP will be given a chance to explain himself.

I recently renewed by B1/B2 BCC. I believe it was approved because in my application I explained the whole novel: "husband lives in the US he is a USC, i am in i130 process, this is the case number, this is the step we are in, these are the reasons why I want my visa renewed, no I will never attempt to AOS while in use of B1/B2. "

I did it because I did not think I would have a chance to explain it otherwise. It worked. Maybe if OP explains early in the process (filling out form) and in a very detailed manner, he will have more chances.

OP / Best of luck and let us know how it goes!!

The whole story sounds highly suspicious, not to mention the fact that since (it sounds like) you've recently returned to India and are in a position to just take off to spend 6+ months in the US, you don't have a job or any ties to your home country. None of us can know for sure, but if I had to guess, I'd say there's about a 99.9% chance of you getting denied.
