Last year's return is sufficient. Also you can include pay stubs and an employment letter. I also sent a bank letter and 6 mos. of bank statements. You can never be too prepared.

Did you send the copy or the original and what if you efiled?

I promise I am not "special",but when I click submit my screen freezes like it didn't go through. Sorry.

Hmmm good question...I think you would file a separate I134 for the co sponsor. Not completely sure about that though. Did you make enough last year? Last year's tax return may be enough. They ask for either tax returns or pay stubs and an employment letter. Did your fiance get his packet 3 yet?

I went to so much trouble to get my I134 together before the interview, and they didn't even look at it. They didn't look at anything actually. I even made a binder

I made a cute little photo album which Moh had to FORCE them to look at. Plus I gathered all kinds of emails and ####### which they didn't bother looking at. They didn't even ask for the I134 in the packet 3 but I sent it anyways.
