What is the fastest way for siblings to come to america with US citizens sponsor? My wife is now US Citizen and would like to sponsor her parents and her siblings. One sibling is single. Another is married with a baby. Another is a single mom. How can I file paperwork for them all? Anyone had experience this or knows the eligibility of sponsorship of this type.

Case 1: US citizen sponsors sibling (~12+ years.)

Case 2: US citizen's parents sponsors with green card status for their children(what is wait time?)

Case 3: US citizen's parents become US citizen then sponsors children. (~5+ years to become US citizen granted pass US interview test + 1 year i-130 wait time)

Adult children of LPR's have a long wait , there is no class for married adult children of LPR's , If parent that petitions dies the petition is dead. Adult children of USC also have fairly long waits. Are any children under 21 ?

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

No children under 21. One is around 22 not married. Another one is about 25 married with kid. Another is about 30 with kid(not married). I'm not sure which is the best way to reduce the time wait.

What about if the adult is married and has a kid, adult with kid(not married). Can they also be sponsored as well? I'm trying to figure out what category visa would qualify. Through sibling sponsor or parents sponsor for their children.

Looks like I found the answer. The advice is to file now for sibling sponsor. Once the parents become US citizen they can file for them all. LPR can only file for unmarried children. All the siblings are adult. The spouse and kids of the sibling are known as derivative beneficiary which can all go granted sponsorship from a US citizen only.

F2b Unmarried adult child of LPR 01jan08

No class for married child of LPR

Married child of USC is 08Dec03 but you have to wait 5 years to start that.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

fast way is to get your parent a green card, and they can file for your sibling. if you siblings under 21 they it will take between 1 to 3 years for sibling to get a visa. for your parent it will take them about 13 months so you are looking around 5 years from date you applied for your parent and you sibling.

Visa bulletin.
