OK...good news going on....saw a NOA1 with a date of 11-28 get there NOA2. We are so close...come on CSC...get through those November filers and on to us. The next couple of weeks will be a nail biting week for us early December filers.

Saw one with NOA1 11/30/06 been touched... This is really it! The more NOA2s for Nov filers, the closer we get!

we are soooo close!!!!!!!!ohhh.... i wish we get our NO2's before the month ends i'm gettin soooo excited keep checkin on VJ's for NO2's almot every hour lol!!! so happy CSC busy givin approvals this week!guess ours are comin pretty sooon!!! goodluck to us all!!!

I checked FWAGUY's K1 timeline and there are only 24 November filers who are still waiting for their respective NOA2s. Yeaaaaaaaaa! Hopefully, before Feb ends, all of them will get approved. December filers' time is really, really close!

Just an update... I just checked FWAGUY's simplified timeline and as of press time, there are only 22 November filers left without NOA2s. Hopefully, all of them will get approved by next week or at least until Feb ends USCIS is done giving out approvals to them... The excitement is killing me! I find it hard to concentrate anymore!

You would consider my fiance's petition be the worst of December filers, we dont have NOA1 letter yet, it's been 6 weeks since TSC received our papers. It's ok though, as long as we have the WAC#, the problem is, those numbers at the back of his check is too small, we still need to guess two numbers that's missing, because it's not clear.. He already called the USCIS once, but the lady said she can't help him with his case's status, coz she needs those numbers, I mean that's why he called to find out what the numbers are! She said it could take up to 8 weeks! is it true??? normally, it's just a week right, I dont see any reason why our case is different, it's just so weird..

Does he have to call them again? or we just sit here and wait?

Evan don't stress. They told me the same thing and as they told me that I had already gotten an NOA1. The numbers on my chedk were really small too. I had to use a magnifying glass to see them all and guess on a couple of them. Since the check was cashed, you can know that your NOA1 date is prior to that. You have started the wait but you will not be a December filer. When we say December filers, that is when we get our NOA1. Looks like you may have a January NOA1 date. But relax...you have several months ahead of you and it is too ealry to start stressing. Good luck!

The only problem without the case number is you cannot sign up for an account at USCIS for automatic updates on your case... Maybe you should try using a magnifying glass and make out on what's written at the back of the check, just like what patiently_waiting did

Hope you'll receive your NOA1 hardcopy anytime now...

I hope for you, that you will get your NOA1 hardcopy soon, but since the check is cleared, it should be out on the way....hmmmmm, keep your head up! AT least you know, that they received it, which means, that they will work on it

Bummer we got a short week..but I hope they work hard and by the beginning of the next week, they will start working on Dec Filers!
