Well...like many in the midst of the rush to beat the filing fee increase, we didn't get a NOA1, but did (yesterday) get a Biometrics appointment (for September)...

so I guess we're making progress..

wow our group is making progress. well except me i am not getting married for another month!

@Kang Lang Nah, you don't need the USC's birthcertificate. The AOS process isn't about you nomore, it's about the benificary. So, don't worry about that

Regarding our AOS...we brought it to the post office at the 21st and sent it certified....which means 2 to 3 days until USCIS should've had it. Now last week John and I checked on the status of the delivery, because our check wasn't cashed yet and I started wondering...it said that USCIS received it at the 30st of july!!!! I was damn pissed, but oh well...at least they have it and I know, why they didn't do anything yet....so it's just waiting...AGAIN...lol

But this time I am relaxed...I am with my husband, what else could I want more???

@Mae Nice pictures :D and thanks for the compliment...it was really a very very beautiful day

@all thanks for the compliments and I hope that we all will have a smooth AOS journey...but as I said...as long as we are with our loved ones, that is all that matters!!!!

Thanks, everybody!

Hopefully, it won't take too long for you guys to get more things going with AOS, too. Maybe you'll be even luckier than us and not need an interview :) We still don't have access to our AOS case online, so everything we have found out has been by snail mail. So maybe things are happening with your cases and you'll just be pleasantly surprised to get the notices in the regular mail :)

Best of luck,

Karoline

Been monitoring the check for our AOS and as of this late, remained uncashed. But anyway, we're in no hurry since I don't plan on going back to the Phils to see my family and I'm not going to work (right away... I might when I get bored :P ) since my husband is retired and he needs me 24/7. Thanks again Karoline!
