We are just stuck. We are waiting for the police cert. I'm wanting just to return the check list and get an interview. It sounds like if he doesn't have it by the interview he can bring it to them later. My SO wants to wait a little while longer.

EEEEEE! *head spinning* I feel like the only December filer with out an interview. I think we should take the gamble and send in the check list. Opinions please!

Hi Disco! I also do not have an interview but we submitted our checklist and we don't have quite everything but for us it won't be a problem since it takes a long time in thailand from receipt of the checklist (approx 8 wks)

maybe do a search of similar timelines and see if you can guess from there.

19 NOV 2010 Package signed for V SEMEGI (day 2)

24 NOV 2010 Package returned because USC didn't sign petition (day 6)

Hello Club December,

I hope you're all doing well today. Elizabeth & Mauricio, CONGRATULATIONS in advance!!!! :dance::thumbs: I'm so happy for you. At least you know the visa will be approved once you submit the missing document.

No Disco, you aren't the last to have an interview date. My fiance hasn't scheduled his either. He's completed the medical and he received the documents required from me last Friday. He's still waiting for the Senegal police report -it's been nearly a month since he applied for it! :angry: Hopefully it should be done by next week. The fingerprint form he sent back to Nigeria should have arrived yesterday. So we're hoping it can be processed quickly and sent to him next week.

He wants to wait until he receives all the documents to schedule the interview. I'm trying to convince him to call the embassy and see if they have any openings for mid-June. Surely he should have everything by then. I just need to know the date! I'm worried that if he doesn't call soon, there won't be any June interviews left. I'm hoping he can be here by July.

12/08-12/14/06: Had a wonderful time visiting Kessington in Senegal.

12/11/06: We became engaged!!!

12/26/06: Mailed I-129F to USCIS TSC. Petition forwarded to CSC.

01/08/07: Receipt date per USCIS.

01/09/07: Check cashed.

01/10/07: Touched.

01/16?/07: Received NOA1 in the mail.

02/20/07: Finally a second touch.

02/21/07: Touched two days in a row!

03/28/07: Touched.

03/29/07: Received an e-mail that USCIS mailed our approval notice on 03/28/07!!

03/31/07: Received NOA2 in the mail.

04/16/07: NVC received approved petition. (Finally!)

04/18/07: Case transferred to embassy in Senegal, according to NVC.

04/21/07: Received snail mail notice from NVC dated 04/19/07 that they recently received our

petition & it would be forwarded w/in a week.

04/24/07: Embassy received approved petition. Signed for by Luc Badiane.

04/25/07: Received e-mail from embassy, in reply to my e-mail from 04/20, stating they've

received our petition & have attached instructions & forms necessary for the interview.

04/26/07: Embassy hadn't contacted my fiance, so I forwarded the e-mail I received from them to him.

06/21/07: INTERVIEW --embassy "confirming my fiance's eligibility for a visa" ???

10/16/07: 2ND INTERVIEW(Please let his visa be granted this time Lord). APPROVED!!!

Thanks Destiny. Sounds like we have the same story right now. It's hard when you have nothing to do. I know my SO is as frustrated as I'm. It's just the risk tolerance that's different. It's weird but some how it's nice to know there are others in my situation and can relate.

My fiance will be calling the embassy tomorrow to schedule the interview. :) He'll see if they have any mid-June appointments, all his documents should be ready by then. Another December Club approval! CONGRATULATIONS John & Diana!! I'm so happy for you!! :thumbs::dance:

Well everyone, hopefully I'll be posting some wonderful news next week. My fiance called the embassy today, his interview is on June 7 at 7:30 am!!!! :dance::D That's next Thursday!! Thank you Lord. :innocent: I'm so excited!! Mae, our interview is the same day. How about that?! I hope to hear soon from the club members who haven't scheduled their interviews yet.
