I haven't..Actually, I was wondering what kind of proofs of on going relationship? Pics, cards, letters are enough? From the beginning of the relation and up to now?

Another December filer here...it's almost our turn! Yay!

I was wondering if anyone had started getting stuff together for the interviews even though we haven't actually gotten our NOA2s yet. Like getting the criminal background check or anything?

Thanks in advance and good luck!

Marina

All our proofs of on going relationship and other necessary documents are ready but I will still need to get other stuff. We still don't have the I-134 because we think it's too early to work on it. Though, we already have the form filled up and all it needs is to be notarized. Boy, I still haven't found a dressmaker for my wedding gown! Obviously, I am very, very excited about the whole thing. Good luck to all of us and hopefully, they've started checking on us December filers :luv:

This is my opinion and my opinion only but it is my belief that a significant portion of your evidence should be focused from petition filing date forward. YMMV

Yes, i totally agree with that....they just want to see, if you both just applied, so you will get the greencard later on OR if you really love that person and you actually have a real relationship going on!!!

Pictures, cards, letters, phonebills, phonecards......ANYTHING you can get and you think it might be helpful......

It's always better to have more proof than to have to less....

I agree...but since this here is the threat for the december filers, i figured the person would mean the 11th of december.....

Maybe he or she will update us soon, about in which format the date was written

That's why people should fill in their timelines, so we wouldn't have to assume....

I suppose I do have proof of an ongoing relationship since we filed our petition, but I don't know what proof I actually have!

Our case is a bit different in the sense that we both live together in England!! So where a lot of you have phonebills and emails and chats and letters, we have nothing like that! Of course we have photos, and the all mighty rental contract with both of our names on it...so hopefully the consulate will be okay with that. I myself think that our rental contract should be enough even without everything else! We also have a joint bank account, so that should be proof too right? I suppose the pictures will have to be good evidence as well though. I suppose one could argue that just cause we're living together that doesn't mean we're in a relationship. Although our contract does state that we are living in the same room --we live in a share house!

Can anyone else come up with evidence that would prove we've been in an ongoing relationship since we wont have letters and phone bills and whatnot? Or do you think our rental agreement, vacation stubs, bank account, photos will be enough? We both have mobile phones of course but we're on pay as you go so we never get any bill saying that it's the other we've been calling! I'm not really stressed about it cause I think the information I mentioned before should be enough...but what do you guys think?

Good luck!!! Our time is getting closer!!!

hey???? where are all the december filers???

Hi I'm a December filer. I just found this site 4 days ago and don't know the terms yet. I sent in the 129-F on the 25th of December and received the receipt on the 27th. I'm glad I found this website.
