I think everyone who applies should be on VJ that we can have a better idea of when it is our turn. I don't think December was a big month for people to file. Holidays and all. I did see where that 11/20 was given an NOA2. I don't think we are far off. It will be here before we know it. Let's just hope that a lot of people didn't file in November.

Honeysweet had a NOA1 date of 11/20 and got the NOA2 this week.

Actually I saw that one... true NOA1 was 11.16 if you read the sig block closer.... Either way they are getting closer!!!!!!

YAYYYYYYYY  that sounds soooooooooo damn good, i just can't believe it!!!

But since, they want to charge about $900 instead of $300 for the AOS later down the road, they should do something for that money.....

Hey guys!!!

I was really disappointed when I found out, through the Immigration website, they are still processing files from jun/jul 06..which means we´d have to wait at least 5 more months. But it seems that information is not really accurate.

Good luck everyone!!

Another December filer here hopeing all goes well for everyone and SOON!!! Reading the USCIS timetable, it looked like it was going to take forever, 6-7 months and that would be forever to me. But reading the responses tonight i am encouraged that it might get done in

5 months. I had heard before i filed the I-129F that it should be done in 4-5 months but the timetables had me discouraged.

Looking at USCIS timetable or comparing your timeline with others won't help... I've seen most of November filers got their NOA2 already, so hopefully, we, December filers' turn is really, really close. Good luck to all of us!

Another December filer here...it's almost our turn! Yay!

I was wondering if anyone had started getting stuff together for the interviews even though we haven't actually gotten our NOA2s yet. Like getting the criminal background check or anything?

Thanks in advance and good luck!

Hey Marina,

well i am gathering proof of the ongoing relationship and stuff like that. My fiance asked at work for the statement, which we will need for the I-134.

According to the criminal background, you should find out, how long it will take for you to get it. Here in germany it will not take longer than 3 weeks, so i plan on ordering it as soon as we get the NOA2. (it shouldn't be older than 1 month)

So what you can do is, print out all the forms, that you will need for the Package 3 and 4 and fill it out already, so it will not be too much, when you actually receive it. And then you will have time to ask your fiance, if you have any questions to the forms!!!

That's how i did it :)

I'm starting to get anxious.

My sweeties B-Day is coming up- I am down in the heat with her until Sunday, and I am PRAYING that this November NOA1 becomes a 2/8 NOA2 but I am becoming really discouraged (I am one of those November filers that haven't heard anything yet... not even a single Touch on the file).

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

All our proofs of on going relationship and other necessary documents are ready but I will still need to get other stuff. We still don't have the I-134 because we think it's too early to work on it. Though, we already have the form filled up and all it needs is to be notarized. Boy, I still haven't found a dressmaker for my wedding gown! Obviously, I am very, very excited about the whole thing. Good luck to all of us and hopefully, they've started checking on us December filers :luv:
