@Karoline YAYYYYYY.....you received packet 3 today!!!! Happy for you guys!

Me and John are impatiently waiting for our NOA2.....we got touched 3 times in a row and come on...that should it be....puhleaaaaaaaaaase!!!!:clock:

Kinda freaking out here...lol :girlwerewolf2xn:

Anyways.....I tried to go to FWAGUY's K1-timelines, but the page is closed :(

What do we do now??? :crying: :crying: :crying:

Diana

Diana,

Maybe you already got approved but the USCIS site is not telling you (it sucks sometimes-lol). Tell John to watch out for the NOA2 in the mail because they probably sent it without changing your status online. Remember what happened to others who got approved and they only found out about it when they received the hardcopy...

Good luck sis... I'm still here rooting for you!

Mae :luv:

I run home from work ev... er., Ok. I drive really fast home from work every day and go straight to the mailbox praying for that darned thing. I've also been calling the USCIS 800 number every week day in hopes that the USCIS site is inaccurate. Unfortunately, it is not... the good news is we've had 3 touches in 3 days and that helps me remain sane. At some point, I imagine those will feel as nothing more than teasers. Quite frankly, I'd have payed 5x the amount for VSC type service.

I've been wearing my lucky spongebob boxers since the day we received our NOA1 (12/28) and refuse to change or wash them until we get that NOA2. I think we'll have to boil them in vinegar and febreeze when we finally get it.

- John

Oh yeah, the spongebob boxers, they are like a second skin now....lol....you don't see where the boxers end and where the leg starts

But I love my baby, just the way he stinks....ummmmm IS!!!!!

Diana

And thanks Mae, it's always good to have supporting people and you are one of those who really care!!!! (F)

We are all pulling for you!!! That NOA2 will be there Monday!!! :)

Yes, we did get packet 3! :D It seems that after the NOA2 everything is going really fast. I didn't even realize that our file was already received by Frankfurt, but early yesterday morning, Paul called me 5 times (he was so excited and it was really cute) :P I was asleep and when I finally answered, he told me that he had the packet. I was sooo surprised!

So at least you can know that once the frustrating NOA2 is over, the rest will just fly by :D

Diana

I'm pretty sure the three touches are it! I was looking at fwa's statistics, and we got our NOA2 at 79 days. Tomorrow (03.12.07), you and John will be at 81 days, so it has got to be your time now :D

Paul is sooo excited now. He predicted that he will have his interview by the end of this month. I don't know if it will be that quick, but so far I'm VERY impressed with the consulate in Frankfurt. He will return Packet 3 tomorrow. And he has his medical exam scheduled for March 19th. As far as I know, he hasn't done anything else about his vaccinations yet. He is planning to get the blood test done on the 19th at the medical, and then if he needs any more vaccinations he will get them when he gets back to Regensburg. I hope that won't slow us down at all, but he seems certain that he won't need any. And I know better than to argue with him. (He is ALMOST as stubborn as I am ;) )

So since our case is going so smoothly, I'm going to put all my luck and wishes toward you and John tonight, and there WILL be an NOA2 tomorrow :D

Yeah, it's not yet the break of day in California....today's a new week and your NOA2 is on its way! I was thinking about something that the ex-service center worker said. He said that some people have the privalage of taking boxes home with them and working on the petitions at home. So, what if your petition was brought home with one of the workers. That might be causing the delay...cause now to be notified about your NOA2 they have to bring the box back to the office. It's been long enough since your 'touches' though, so if that is the case, they must be bringing the box back REALLY soon! I'm sure it's coming soon!

Good luck!

EEEEK....that's not really something I am looking forward to, that some dude has our case at home and maybe his dog starts drooling on it or the cheese of his pizza ruins our petition!!!

But since we were just touched during the regular office hours, I think, that they work on our case at CSC...at least I hope so!!!

Yeah, the California employees are not even up yet....still dreaming....about the NOA2 they have to give us :D

And if that's not what they are dreaming of, then they better have nightmares!!!!

Keep your fingers crossed and pray for us.....THANKS!!!!

I called NVC today, and they told me they forwarded our petition already..yuppp...but the guy didn't want to tell me when they mailed it to Brazil

 But I checked DHL website and found out, they mailed "something" to Brazil on March 8th..haha..Well, I'm guessing my petition is on it way to the consulate!!!!!!! :D

NVC never emailed back, so I suggest you guys call them around 07:30/ 08:00am Eastern time, because after that its almost impossible to get a hold of them.

I'm really excited! I have to hurry up and get the pack 3 ready, and send it to the consulate as soon as they get our petition!!

Good luck to everybody! I'm sure your NO  A2 is on its way!

Awww, that is exciting! It is sooo much fun to buy all new things together and to really personalize your place so that it has the personality of both people in the relationship. :) Paul sold his car a couple of weeks ago and you would have thought he lost a child. :P I had to promise him that we will buy a really great car when he is here. (Apparently my little "practical" car isn't good enough, hehe ;) ) But really, I do know how much he LOVED his car, so I know that was a really big step for him and shows me even more how much he is willing to sacrifice to make things work, and in turn how much he really loves me. :D

And good luck on finding out what CSC needs for the RFE. I'm sure that as soon as you find out and get it back in to CSC then you will get an approval super fast!

Oh and yeah...while I'm posting...one little question... So, I was looking ahead at what is needed for AOS that Paul needs to get while he is still in Germany. It looks like he needs an extra certified copy of his birth certificate and a vaccination supplement. (I'm still a bit hung up and worried about the vaccinations). Since he doesn't currently have any record of his vaccinations, and he is going to have the blood test and find out what he still needs and then get those vaccinations. At that point, will the doctor provide some sort of vaccination record? Does he need to ask for the doctor to make a vaccination record for him so that we have that for the AOS?

I'm probably worrying too much about this, but I don't want him to arrive in the US and then realize that we could have gotten these things while he was still in Germany.

:)

Hi,

I filed in February at CSC, but I am curious how many people who filed there in December have gotten their NOA2's, or maybe even further? I am wondering if the 94 day average shown on this true, I sure hope it's a little shorter than that...Thanks, and Good Luck to everyone from the December group! Milena.
