12-06 here as well! So if they are working on October and November filers, why does the Govt. website say that they are still working on July? Not that I'm paying attention to that :P

It's been tough on the waiting with my birthday, her birthday, our "anniversary" of meeting, and upcoming Valentine's day all hitting several weeks apart! It looks like 3 months seems to be avg. now? That would put us around March 12 so I'm not getting my hopes up for another month.

One more question...did anyone file at Texas Service Center? When I got my NOA1 notice, at the bottom, it said California Service Center?? Does the TSC forward I-129F's to CSC? I noticed on the TSC website they don't even have I-129F up on process times. If that's the case, I wish that they had told us to send it to to California in the first place...I was wondering why it took them 13 days to notify me when all I had to do was send it cross-town in Dallas.

We filed at Texas Service Center, but got NOA1 notice from California. Latest news I heard is TSC has no longer processed I-129F. They forward it to California. Like you, I also got the notification in 13 days. Perhaps it considers normal.

I can help you out with that one :)

The date they are showing is the date of the oldest file they are working on (maybe that peron had some troubles and received alot of RFE's though). They show that date, to be on the safe side. It has nothing to do with the 'normal' petitions, which are correct and get usualy approved within 3 months! (hopefully ours :D )

The Texas Service Center aswell as the Nebraska Service Center forward the petitions to California, they don't proceed them any longer. Now there is just Vermont and California, who works on the K-1 visas.

And i oh so wished, i would be able to file at Vermont :( then i woudl already be with my fiance and not sit here in cold a$$ germany :crying:

Oh well....sooooooooooooon, we will all be able to be with our loved ones.....just a little more time and patience and it will be fine

I wish CSC would shower approvals again before the week ends.... :crying: It was darn silent this week but of course, like everybody says, we're not the only one in the system and they're probably working on cases which are not VJers. Neweiz... just thought we could start praying harder for our approvals.

Happy weekend!

I don't think there are many Dec filers.

I did a search for timelines of december filers, there are only 20 VJers with timelines who filed in December. I know not everybody who filed is on VJ but...
