Hello All,

I just wanted to let you know that we got our notification today!!! We were touched earlier in the day and then late last night they send us an email that said we were approved.

YIPPEE. :dance: :dance: :dance:

This site is so invaluable. Thank you to all of the VJ's who continually help support this site with encouragment, sharing of stories and struggles. I signed on just recently and I am so glad I found you all. Because of information shared on this site, I was pretty convinced that our turn was coming up really soon.

Praise God....

Happy Journey to the rest of your VJer's waiting for your NOA's. THis is a great group of people who help to make the journey so much more bearable.

11-30-06 send it application

12-6-06 NOA1 received

12-9-06 touched

2-23-07 touched in a.m.

2-23-07 NOA2 notification by mail

I'm really gettin nervous now! We have exactly same times of receiving the NOA1 and the last time we were touched was on 12-9-06. I'm praying so hard for an approval next week. This definatly is the worst part! I'm a nervous wrek!!!

Hello All,

I just wanted to let you know that we got our notification today!!! We were touched earlier in the day and then late last night they send us an email that said we were approved.

12-6-06 NOA1 received

12-9-06 touched

2-23-07 touched in a.m.

2-23-07 NOA2 notification by mail

I'm really gettin nervous now! We have exactly same times of receiving the NOA1 and the last time we were touched was on 12-9-06. I'm praying so hard for an approval next week. This definatly is the worst part! I'm a nervous wrek!!!

mine was also touched on dec 9th and the recieved it on dec06. hopefully will get something next week. I have uploaded my whole engagement album online with our own domain. I had about 400 ppl at the engagement. On my 129f application i did write the domain name and said more info / pics can be found on the website. Will they actually check the site? beacause after seeing the whole album they will not have any doubts about anything it was a huge reception at one of the nicest hotels

On my 129f application i did write the domain name and said more info / pics can be found on the website. Will they actually check the site? beacause after seeing the whole album they will not have any doubts about anything ......

No, if it was not physically included in your submission it will not be considered.

Well i counted 7 approvals for december filers so far (Vermont NOT included)....correct me if i am wrong though!!!

And 3 of them were actually Mid-decmeber filers :D:thumbs:

I just can't wait...i think NOW starts the worst time, when we all go and check a couple of times our USCIS page huh...

and i thought those others before us were crazy doing that....lol ( i am not a bit better, than them...hehehe)

FWAGUY finally updated the time lines, woooooooooohoooooooooo! There were 9 December filers who got their approvals already! :dance: This stage is the nerve-racking part... boy, I cannot sleep anymore! :lol: Let's all hope for more NOA2s next week... I feel like we're really, really close!

Tomorrow is the begining of a new week and hopefully a ton more approvals for us. fingers crossed for everyone. That includes Nov, Oct and Sept filers who are still waiting.

I see your NOA1 date is just after me...I hope it comes quickly...for all of us. I am becoming addicted to checking to see if our case has even been touched...nothing yet. I will be happy once Tracy gets approved. So glad Jon finally got approved.

Hi! I am a december filer with NOA1 date of dec 13 and I got a touch today! I hope it converts into an approval and not a RFE!!! praying hard...

Sept 22, 2007: Biometrics for AOS & EAD

Oct 19, 2007: EAD card in hand!

Dec 4 , 2007: Greencard Approved...I-155 stamped on Passport :) at the Interview

Dec 17: Greencard in Mail :)

Removing of Conditions

Sept. 21, 2009: Mailed out I-751

Sept. 23, 2009: Received at CSC

Sept 28, 2009: Received NOA1

Oct 20, 2009: Biometrics Appt.
