Just checked my timeline and my date was changed to a later date. How can that be? USCIS has been sending out the NOA2's. Hs anyone else's date changed? Why can't it be changed to an earlier date?

My predicted timeline changed from as late as March 31 to as early as Feb 24th... It is all in whatever algorithm is used to predict the dates

I can't take this anymore! I think I'm gonna have a heart attack! :wacko: It's like the closer for our turn to come, the more it takes on me! Help! I need CPR! :lol: I'm really happy to see another set of approvals for November filers... I better tell fwaguy to update his timelines...

05/09/2011 - Case Status Notification - In line for interview and testing

05/10/2011 - Case Status Notification - Interview scheduled

05/14/2011 - Interview Appointment Letter in the mail

06/21/2011 - Interview Appointment Date

06/29/2011 - Case Status Notification - Placed in the oath scheduling que

08/16/2011 - Case Status Notification - Oath ceremony scheduled

09/15/2011 - Oath Taking - good riddance!

09/23/2011 - Applied for Passport

10/08/2011 - Passport in the mail

10/17/2011 - Certificate of Naturalization in the mail -- OFFICIALLY DONE!

Sometimes when the snow starts flying in Pennsylvania I envy those who live in places like Texas and California but when it comes to K-1's I sure don't. I sure hope you all get approvals soon. This is a frustrating process and it sure would be nice if they could find some way to speed it up.

12/14/2006 Applied for K-1 with request for Waver for Multiple filings within 2 years.
Waiting - Waiting - Waiting
3/6 Called NVC file sent to Washington for "Administrative Review" Told to call back every few weeks. 7/6 Called NVC, A/R is finished, case on way to Moscow. YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
7/13 On Friday the 13th we see updated Moscow website with our interview on 9/11 (Hope we are not supersticious) 9/11 Visa Approved. Yahoo.
10/12 Tickets for her to America. I am flying to JFK to meet her there. 12/15/07 We are married. One year and a day after filling original K-1
12/27 Filed for AOS, EAD & AP 1/3 Received all three NOA-1's 1/22 Biometrics 2/27 EAD & AP received 4/12 Interview
5/19/08 RFE for physical that she should not have needed. 5/28 New physical ($ 250.00 wasted) 6/23 Green Card received
4/22/10 Filed for Removal of Contitions. 6/25 10 Year Green Card received Nov, 2014 Citizenship ceremony. Our journey is complete.

I missed seeing approvals today :crying: Looks like it's a slow and dragging week for VJers. Maybe USCIS is currently working on other cases who are not members here... Hopefully before the weekend, we'll get to see NOA2s again :whistle:

Well, there are some Nov filers still waiting for their approvals..Let's hope they all get their NOA2 soon.

Yupyup!!! It's our turn for sure! I guess We were the first lucky one to get approved, but it will soon be the rest of the December Filers!! Good luck to all of us! I am so thankful to Visa Journey and to the rest of the members for their insights and experiences with this process! I can't wait for the next step now!
