Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

I don't know what to answer if I say no have to explain.

You can answer NO if you have not yet had your medical, and in the comment you just write something like: I have not yet had my medical, and I am expecting to receive the vaccinations at that time.

Yenni, If you are having vaccinations completed during your medical next week, then answer yes to this. By the time you go to interview this will be true.

I put yes since he was going to receive it at the medical

ok I would do that, it does not matter if i send my application before the medical ?
