Urgent help: Query regarding I-864 Financial evidence checklist

Hello,

I have received this checklist form NVC named after my Joint sponsor granting Financial Evidence. I have some questions how to answer this checklist properly?

It has the following questions marked 'X' that are need to be answered:

1. In part 3, Item 1. You must indicate whether or not you are sponsoring the person named in part 2.

2. In part 5, Item 1, The number of sponsored persons must match the number listed in Part 3, item 7.

3. In part 6, Item 1 through 4. You must choose at least one of these options and provide the appropriate supporting documents.

4. In part 6, Item 5, Item 10, Item 13.a. and Item 13.a.1 are need to be corrected.

Also you must submit the following financial evidence:

X. A written statement indicating why you did not file 2013 Federal Income Tax returns

X. 2013 IRS schedules.

X. 2013 Federal Income Tax returns, IRS printout or letter 1722 issued by the IRS.

Mistakes probably from my side as I have understood so far are:

• I have filed petition for both my parents and I mentioned my dad's name in my mother's petition and vice versa, due to which the household size has been objected.
• Secondly I submitted photocopies of 2013 IRS and W2's of my joint sponsor
• Thirdly I have not submitted any proof of Joint Sponsor's Income and employment, Do I need to submit that and which docs to prove it?

Rest, please help me how to make further correction in the form.
