Finding reliable lawyer in Philippines

Hello to all on this site. Let me introduce myself: I am Niels from Holland an my girlfriend is from the Philippines

We already have a bad experience with a woman who claimed to be a lawyer and could have the marriage of my girlfriend annulled. She appeared to be a scammer. Now I found in several forums the name Dimples Dulay from Davao city. And everyone is very possitive about her and I like to hire her but is she the same as Dimpna D. Bermejo-Dulay who signed in the role of attorneys on May3 2002?

Has anyone of you have an annullment have done by her.

Pls post information and her contact data also. (personal email edited, please do not post your personal details publicly)

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
