Im a winner of dv2015 with high cane number eu40xxx, i whant to apply for tourist visa on december. Can anyone tell me if there willbe any problem if i apply fortouristvisa while i wait for dv?

If you've already submitted your DS you will need to be honest about having demonstrated immigrant intent. But as long as you can show strong ties to your home country in the meanwhile (eg job, home etc) you should be ok to get a visa. I travelled to the US a few times, and renewed a tourist visa, while I had first an F3 family petiton in progress and then DV. But I do know people who haven't been able to prove they will return home after their visit have been denied, so it's all about that.

Thank you for your redponse. As a mater of fact i dont own a house but i have decend job as a civil cervant in the goverment also i have been before to us actually finish my studies there with a f1 student visa and came back home before the visa expires. Do u think i should apply ?

If you can show a letter from your employer confirming you are employed and will be returning that will certainly help. No guarantees of course. You can take the tack I did in my B1/B2 interview "yes I have demonstrated immigrant intent and want to immigrate, but I want to do it legally and I have that option soon. This trip will just be a short visit"
