we received our bio appt letter. Bio appt is 12/10/2015

08/09/2008 - Met on Yahoo through a mutual friend

03/01/2010 - 1st visit (fiance came to US)

05/11/2010 - 2nd visit (fiance came to US, spent his birthday with me)

10/01/2010 - 3rd visit (fiance came to US)

02/11/2011 - 4th visit (fiance came to US, proposed to me on Valentine's day)

04/06/2011 - I-129F Sent

04/14/2011 - packet rejected and sent back -expired I-129 form

04/15/2011 - I-129F Sent out again with correct form

04/20/2011 - NOA1 (hardcopy recieved)

06/21/2011 - 5th visit (fiance came to US)

07/11/2011 - NOA2 (YAY !!!)

08/05/2011 - NVC Case #

08/16/2011 - Medical

11/04/2011 - Interview - Approved 221g (ACPO Police Certs needed)

11/25/2011 - Medical Interview about a caution from 7 years ago

Hi SandM, yes, it is within the usual timeframe. If you don't get the biometrics appointment letter within 30 days from your NOA1 receipt date, call USCIS and tell them about it. They then should send

I've noticed on here that people are checking their case status online. How are you doing this? When I enter my application/petition/request number into the case status online link on the USCIS website, it doesn't work. Helllp meeee.

how long does it usually take to get the NOA2 for this? I just hoped I put everything in the packet.. I Just mailed it today for overnight but will get there on dec 2..his date coming up is dec4. so hopefully I did it all correctly.

Usually get NOA 2 TO 3 weeks of filling n it depends in the service center you filling to. Hold on, you said your filling window opens December 4th and your document will be delivered the 2nd?

yeh the letter said 90 days prior to that date.. we didn't have the money to do it until today. so I hope that's not gonna be a problem... now I feel like it is.. should I be worried?

USCIS is strict about this! Re-mail your package if they send it back to you and keep us posted! Good luck to you :)

ok im lost now :( so even if I do it before the 90 days they will still mail back the packet? I just don't know much about this one... should of done my research like all of the others. uuugh.
