I-751 November 2014 Filers

Got notification from uscis that the card was delivered yesterday and it did have tracking info in it but the package was already here. Card in hand. Im tootin my own horn today because ever since he i130 up to his waiver process ans visa applications ive done it all myself, no lawyers and im just a simple country girl... Just an n400 and we are done. Not sure if i am more excited for him becoming a citizen or proud of the fact that i did all of this!

I tried calling the 800 number, however there is no option to talk to a representative, I tried choosing various options but it didn't work. How can one even get to talk to them?

You should be able to talk to a Tier 1. If you say you cannot you can try this website and press on USCIS calling you instead and see how that works out for you

Thanks. The representative kept asking me for a reason to talk to Tier 1 officer. I don't have a reason (as the processing time still shows it as Nov 1st, 2014 and I can't prove it to them that January filers are getting approved.) so I had to say bye bye to her. She did tell me that I can't start my N400 application until my I751 is approved. Hopefully my I751 gets approved before then end of November.

Response from senator office - FYI

Unfortunately, there is no update on this case. USCIS is taking much longer to respond due to backlogs. Once we have a response, you will receive an email or phone call.

I got hold of tier 2 today ... I told her my application is pending, almost a year now and email which I received on july 8 to wait for 8 weeks is now past... she was kind of rude and she told me the notice which they send green card is extended for a year if I don't get any update till dec 10 get an I-551 stamp on passport - she was just ignoring my questions ... no good response from senator office as well ... don't know what next to do

Let's stay positive! I was requested to provide more evidence on May 26 and we sent the evidence within a week. It has been more than 60 days since they received our supplemental evidence and we have not heard anything so far.

We need to remain patient with the VSC. I often wonder how is the routine of these immigration officers when they look at these cases. I guess they have to go through every single paper we send.

Patience is all that is left. When I read through Jan 2015 filers forum I get frustrated because I'm a December filer and haven't been approved yet. But then I come here and can't believe that so many November filers are in the same "waiting boat". Good luck everyone!

January 2015 and Febuary VSC filers are move to CSC. I see yesterday couple of VJ filer get approval from December 2014.

Hang in there peeps. This will be over soon. You may want to try an infopass appt as the officers in the field office seem to be more helpful than the agents on the phone.

I would say for those of you who have not reached out to the senators office to try that as well as every little bit helps.

I did all of our paperwork from I-129 to ROC and will be doing my N-400 Application on my own.

My husband (the USC) is a lazy man (lol). All I had to do was put post-it notes on the paperwork that required his signature.

Good news! I just go a letter on the mail yesterday dated 9/9/2015 saying my request to remove condition on my green card had been APPROVED! Online also says that my card has been sent to production.

Can any body tell me when I can start the citizenship process?

I tried to update the status chart but i did not want to mess it up. Can someone do that for me?
