Moe .. So now i checked the list again and i see it has been updated on the 18th... Vsc listed Nov 24th

And mine is Nov 21 do u think im qualified for an info pass since my date passed ? Or should i wait till the end of the month?

Uaoo, are you sure about the date being changed to Nov 24th? I just checked and it shows it as Nov 1st. Vsc updated it today.

On August 19, 2015, your general inquiry, referral number WKD----------VSC, was assigned to an officer for response

This is what shows now under my case status. Of course, the ----'s are actually numbers, but hopefully this means something good will come

I saw it this morning too it said November 24th, which is the only reason I was allowed to make a service request on my husbands application. Looks like they changed it again.

I saw the date as well it said Nov 24th, and they must have just changed it because now it says Nov 1st, WOW, this is ridiculous. I am so sorry for the people waiting to be approved:(

Online it says case received so no update or letters mailed yet.. So all what he said was over the phone through the 1800..

Sorry if you mentioned this elsewhere already...but are you able to check your online status on the USCIS website? Usually they provide the date of the applicant's approval

USCIS has no idea ####### is going on.

I am pretty sure it is not the IT guy's fault. I think VSC told CSC they will be transferring cases and since CSC doesn't have a clue what they will get in the mail, I assume CSC just automatically changed the date to whatever VSC date is. That doesn't mean that CSC will be getting Nov cases, it just means VSC doesn't like to keep anybody in the loop and CSC somehow knows that:)

So in a month when CSC gets all the transferred cases and knows what their latest date of case files is I am sure they will update it accordingly. Be glad your case is in CSC, this way at least you know you will eventually get approved:)

No update on the card and nothing in the mail. This is bloody ridiculous. I may have to make another infopass appt to see what's up with my card.

Do they produce the card at the local USCIS field office? If so, I cannot see the Buffalo office being very busy because I can't see why anyone would want to move there.

LOL, I love the move to Buffalo part LOL

I think the cards are always distributed from KY, which means if nobody has been getting their GC they have a problem with the machine. I assume they don't have more than 2 or 3 machines, since USCIS is on such a limited budget:) or maybe they run our of the material to print the cards LOL

On August 21, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EACXXXXXXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

nowhere does it say approved, it went straight to card ordered for production! I guess the service request i placed before they changed the processing date from Nov 24th back to Nov 1st made it happen!
