So, they are not only slow with processing the applications, they are also slow producing the cards itself ((. I was approved on July 15 but still no card, still 'in production'

Wow, they must be growing the trees for the GC somewhere(have in mind the GC is all plastic). This is more than a month, I know we have 60 days to get the card, but if I wait for more than a month I most likely will be calling them:) Me and Moe are quite impatient LOL

I called yesterday as it 's now over 30 days and they put in service request, I was told that computer failed to produce a card ( I have no idea what that means).

Me too!! We won't get our GC's until we file our N400 application...mark my words.

I am super impatient..I am thinking that it will be time to call USCIS in the next week and be a total beotch...yet again. That seems to be the only thing that works with them.

LOL, I agree, they seem to like people screaming at them and telling them what to do rather than just doing their job quickly and keeping everybody happy:)

I will wait for probably two weeks and call them before Memorial Day looking for my card.

They make every single process and little steps so irritating and so long. I guess this is why Trump just wants to wipe out the immigration department LOL

I just spoke with an immigration officer and she didn't say much. she said my case received nov 21 and they are now at nov 3rd. so its in the normal processing time.... I even told her December people started getting approved and her typical reply its case by case bases. also she mentioned to wait 30 more days if I didn't hear anything they will reach out to the service center for me...

what do you think? any questions I missed?

Moe .. So now i checked the list again and i see it has been updated on the 18th... Vsc listed Nov 24th

And mine is Nov 21 do u think im qualified for an info pass since my date passed ? Or should i wait till the end of the month?

You are qualified for an infopass appointment whenever you want to go. What I suggest is submit a service request since you are out of normal processing times. You can try to do this from their website, call the 1-800 number or do it from your local office if you have an infopass appointment

called in today and had my husband on the line so he could give them permission to talk to me. I got the same run around, but we did manage to put in a service request on the case since it is out of normal processing times. I asked to talk to a tier 2 IO and the woman very rudely said "I am a tier II officer, thats the reason I can put the service request in!" Apparently we should hear something within 15 business days. Such a hurry up and wait load of #######!

You are qualified for an infopass appointment whenever you want to go. What I suggest is submit a service request since you are out of normal processing times. You can try to do this from their website, call the 1-800 number or do it from your local office if you have an infopass appointment

So update Everyone!!!!

I spoke with a Tier 2 immigration office today and what he asked me a couple of questions

Are you married ? Yes

You live with ur wife ? Yes

Do u have problems with her? No

Do you love ur wife ? Yes

Then he told me card is in production Pending..

So i asked him i didnt get approval letter in the mail or the website updated so he told me why would u be denied if ur case was denied u wouldnt be getting a year extension..

Then he repeated again card production pending..

Maybe im crazy can someone explain?

Hmmm, we will never be able to understand VSC LOL

I guess big Congrats are in line for your approval:)

Hopefully he wasn't wrong and was actually reading your case instead of somebody else's case:)
