Does anyone know if I call into USCIS to figure out what is going on with our case, will they talk to me or do they need my husband (he's the one removing conditions, i'm the us citizen)

I-751 sent on 11/07/14 NOA1 on 11/14/14 Biometrics date 12/16/14 i have to numbers for application (I751 and CR189) i can't track the i751 one, just the cr189 is it normal? Thanks

Hi SandM, yes, it is within the usual timeframe. If you don't get the biometrics appointment letter within 30 days from your NOA1 receipt date, call USCIS and tell them about it. They then should send

Remember be pushy!! Don't be afraid of the reps on the phone. They know nothing and always try to discourage people from wanting to speak with an immigration officer.

Huge thanks. I'll look into this as soon as I'm back in the US.

Keep us posted on your progress.

In a couple of months guys, we'll be on here doing our citizenship stuff!

So after a frustrating check of our case status on the uscis website i called in and spoke to someone...and it was no help whatsoever. I guess I'm not the applicant so he has to call and get case specific information but what she could tell me was that as long as the date on the processing time page is before nov 14, 2014 then we are still within normal processing times..I'm so ready to just give up!

I send my rfe packet July 14 n it reached there July 16, after that I called them like three times n no good response, last time when I called they told me my green card extension will expire in November so they told me wait till September n if nothing happen call Back again , it's so frustrating

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Half of the January filers got transferred today.. Vermont guys are too busy

You have got to be kidding? What about all the people in December?

January will probably get approved before December...that's crazy.

So after a frustrating check of our case status on the uscis website i called in and spoke to someone...and it was no help whatsoever. Did you ask to be transferred to a Tier 2 operator? If not, call again first thing tomorrow and be demanding. You have a right to know what is going on. I was the applicant and never had an issue with them not telling me anything.

Yep, I'm pretty sure they will. Since CSC is already half through with March files...

How many November Approvals have received their cards? Still waiting, a month after approval!

Still waiting on the new card. Ordered on August 3, 2015. Online still showing "New Card Is Being produced".

Nothing here, I got approved 12 days ago. Mine is not even in production yet.
