Today i just receive my case approved letter from USCIS and it is stated that my case was approved on 07/22/2015. Dont belive on online status. You can get Approved letter any time. Things are moving.... Best of luck all...

I-751 sent on 11/07/14 NOA1 on 11/14/14 Biometrics date 12/16/14 i have to numbers for application (I751 and CR189) i can't track the i751 one, just the cr189 is it normal? Thanks

Hi SandM, yes, it is within the usual timeframe. If you don't get the biometrics appointment letter within 30 days from your NOA1 receipt date, call USCIS and tell them about it. They then should send

In fact. Just got home and the first thing I did was checked the mail. Approval Notice! DOA 7/22/2015!!!!!!!

there is hope...now I need to cancel my Infopass appointment.

Good luck to all of you, thank you for the moral support. We qualify for citizenship in only a couple more months....see you then!

Oh Kash I hope so!! My biggest concern is that my spouse and I do not have a living will etc and that USCIS is going to issue an RFE for this. If this happens then we will have to get this done stat. I know I know I should have taken care of this sooner but hindsight is 50-50.

We'd better be:).

I went to the dr.'s this morning and three people cut me off for the lab tests, but VSC teaches you patience, so I didn't even care about saying anything. I just thought of all the people that have a date after my NOA-1 and are already approved. I just laughed in despair lol.

Any September fillers in here? i received an email from USCIS two weeks back.... they need 2 more months to decide on pending case but still i took infopass appointment on monday ... will keep you guys posted !!
