Nothing in the mail yet! I am really really starting to dislike USCIS - VSC :ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting::ranting:

I was hoping that today USCIS will update their processing times, but it looks like this might not be happening today, hopefully tomorrow somebody will do that. this is the least they can do. I just realized that in two weeks exactly it will be 9 months since we sent our package. How "lovely" LOL. Let's see if Schumer's office will do anything. Did you say you were calling them back on Monday?

Hi SandM, yes, it is within the usual timeframe. If you don't get the biometrics appointment letter within 30 days from your NOA1 receipt date, call USCIS and tell them about it. They then should send

Still nothing as of today. What I do not understand is that my husband and have been together for almost 8 years (engaged for a long time) and I sent in so much information with all of my packages that have been submitted to USCIS so I do not get why this is taking soooo long!!

I was hoping that at least Oct filers percentage of approvals would go up to 80%, but this didn't happen, so at this point there isn't really much hope left for any time before Nov. Call me an "optimist" LOL

They didn't even bother of changing their processing times this month, ughhh

I called USCIS today and still nothing!!!! BAHHHHH so frustrated!! The IO was nice though so that was a plus. He tried to tell me that I couldn't apply for N400 until I had my GC...pfsst what does he know. We all know that we can file for citizenship in November of this year and it will kick our I751 approval into gear if we haven't received it by then.

I am still going to call Schumer's office on Monday to push.
