I-751 sent on 11/07/14 NOA1 on 11/14/14 Biometrics date 12/16/14 i have to numbers for application (I751 and CR189) i can't track the i751 one, just the cr189 is it normal? Thanks

Hi SandM, yes, it is within the usual timeframe. If you don't get the biometrics appointment letter within 30 days from your NOA1 receipt date, call USCIS and tell them about it. They then should send

Nothing yet....sorry I haven't posted sooner but just got back into work today and have over 350 emails in my inbox..of course nothing from USCIS as of yet!

It will probably happen for you, but not before December. At some point they will have to change the pace and start processing. They are already 5 months behind CSC, they can only keep postponing work for so long, eventually it will bite them in the "behinds".

What's going on with VSC? Seems they stopped processing I-751 cases.

Yes, it is getting beyond ridiculous.

I am not sure if this office also works on H1 cases etc. If thats the case, i am sure that is what they are wokring on. H4 EAD cases,.

I am sure there must be some business process that we do not understand, but then why the discrimination based on geogrpahical location. 5 months behind california. #######!!!.

I am sure they are gonna not do anything until november and then transfer the workload to CSC like last year.

Yes, it seems like they only work on I-751 mid month, which means they will probably resume next week.

VSC is hibernating year round LOL

Ohhh yeap, this is probably what they will do, transfer the work load and wash their hands with sacred water LOL

PS. they will do very little at a time so it seems like they are doing something , but in reality if you process less than 1% of the cases a week, you are not really doing anything:(

OK all, just tracked our case number online and apparently our new card is in production after sending in a huge RFE packet!

For the record, the official date it was ordered was July 7th and the official RFE letter was dated 6/9. We sent the package in on 6/26 and it was received on 6/29.

Sincerely hope you all get processed soon.

7/30/12: I-130 sent to Chicago lockbox

8/01/12: NOA1

8/13/12: NOA2! (USC living abroad)

8/28/12: Case # issued

8/31/12: DS-3032 email sent

9/11/12: DS-3032 email rejected, re-sent

9/13/12: AOS invoice received, paid

9/19/12: AOS package sent

9/21/12: AOS package delivered

9/21/12: DS-3032 email accepted

9/24/12: IV Invoice received, paid

9/25/12: IV Package sent from Thailand

I have to say congrats too. It seems to me from what I have read in the other forums for VSC that they sent out RFE's to a ton of people.
