USCIS you frustrate me so!!!! I just called them and the beotch operator would not put me through to an immigration officer even though I insisted that she do so. She said that I was within the normal processing time frame. I asked why CSC Jan apps were being approved. She gave me total garbage/standard USCIS bs answer about VSC being within it's normal timeframe.

Next time they try to give me the runaround about this I will be more persistent in speaking with an IO or at least CSR's supervisor.

Unfortunately, that is what sucks about being unable to submit a service request if the official time frame on their website says Sept 29-th. This is why I am hoping they will change it soon and maybe put Nov 20-th LOL. We all know this is not happening. I feel like a standard wait for VSC filers is between 8 1/2 months to 11 months. There was just July 2014 that they processed within 6 month, everything else has been 7months+. All Nov VSC filers are 7+ now:(. Hopefully in a week we see some Nov approvals/highly doubtful/ They have not touched Oct for almost a month now, so let's see if they try to finish Oct filer this month and maybe start with Nov in July.

Hey Moemac and Plam: Happy Monday morning! :-).

Moemac: It looks like you have a spelling mistake in the word 'beotch'. do you want to correct it and rewrite? and hopefully they will hear our plea.

Guys....It looks like nothing will change. They are simply chewing up time so that they can transfer the cases to CSC.

LOL

But you are right, they are just chewing up time doing ABSOLUTELY nothing. I wonder how exactly they will dare to transfer us after such a long wait. I will be furious, but then again, better be transferred, because that guarantees us getting processed as compared to staying in VSC and having no guarantees, since I am sure they have lost/misplaced 30% of Nov cases LOL

I got so pissed off today that I sent a service request to Charles Schumer's office. I am sick of waiting.

I was at school all day and I am just getting home and I have a 6 chapter exam tomorrow, so a sleepless night in front of me:) As of to VSC, the should be promoted to the "slackers" of the year and be given 10 months off, since they seem really stressed by processing ZERO I-751 in the last month:) Let's be honest it is a hard job not to get anything at your work place and still get paid for it LOL.

We are also November Filers for I-751.

File 1751 - November 20 2014

NOA Received - November 24 2014

Biometrics Apointment - Jan 6 2015 (Done)

We just checked USCIS web page for filing 1-751 and noticed Applicants from TEXAS are now showing under CSC not VSC. Is that something change. Are they accepting new I-751 applications from TX at CSC no more VSC? Is that means all previous cases will transfer to CSC now?

Check the link http://www.uscis.gov/i-751

Where to File

Applicants must file Form I-751 at the USCIS California Service Center or the USCIS Vermont Service Center, depending on where they live.

If you live in Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming, file with the California Service Center at:

USCIS California Service Center

It sure looks like Texas now files at CSC, congrats since CSC are so fast. Unfortunately transfer is not mandatory. Since VSC had jurisdiction on your case when you filed. They can choose to keep it or transfer it.

I wonder how long ago was this change done? It seems like it was updated on 05/05/15, which means if you haven't heard anything of a transfer, they are probably going to keep the cases, but then again VSC haven't performed any work on I-751 for over 3 weeks, so they might as well transfer you in a week or two when they hopefully start working around June 15-th. Cross your fingers to be transferred if you ask me:)

Someone in the K1 forum wants to start blowing up the TSC on Twitter/Social Media because they have been waiting since September of last year.

I can see K1 taking a bit of time but I751 really? USCIS already has all of our ####### that we have submitted in the last 2 previous applications. It should be an easy process...uggh
