So frustrating to see December CSC filers getting approved. It is beyond ridiculous...I need to stop stressing about this.

Going to Hawaii at the end of the month and if it is not delivered by the time I get back in July I will then be contacting our congress person and USCIS.

December???

You haven't looked into January, because there are Jan CSC filers that are already approved with their GC's in hand:)[i am sorry to ruin your afternoon:(]

Hopefully when VSC updates their website around June 15th we will see where we stand.

There should be some sort of a miracle happening for any of us to get a GC before late July. Let's be honest once July 4th comes around I am not expecting them to do any work what so ever. I get it we are low priority cases, but does that mean CSC has no other cases but I-751? or the priority at their office is different. Either way, waiting is annoying. Let's be honest if it has been more than 8 months before they start looking into our cases, we are most likely getting RFE's because in 8 months a lot can happen and they would like to know. They will most likely need up to date proof in order to approve a petition. Are the couples still together? What has happened? Who lost their job and what have you been doing in 8 months? If I was an officer and I see a case more than 8 months old I would ask for more evidence, won't you?

I do not understand VSCs processes. There is one november filer who was approved in April. God knows what that is about.

It was somebody's kid or part of a family petition and they were July, August or Sept filers and they approved the whole family and that single member was somehow in the Nov pile, so that is why VSC found the case and processed it, since they have to keep families together, which was surprisingly very very nice of them.

that makes sense now. :)

i think it is time for everyone to get together and make a petition to the authorities to process these cases faster or give us a premium processing option. :)

I agree, premium processing option is the way to go. Do it like $3000 and guaranteed 60 days and their profit margin will be significantly higher:) This way if at certain point they need part time people they will have the budget to staff accordingly.
