This group has been pretty quiet lately, any news? updates?

definitely getting anxious...come on VSC!

Just a waiting game at this point I suppose. Initially I was hoping for 6 months as a reponse time based on USCIS timeframe online, however seeing that no Novembers have processed from the Vermont branch leaves me feeling like this won't happen for at least another month.

Moemac/Plam/Sammyboy: This group has been very quiet lately. Any updates? Are you guys ready for the long weekend? VSC appears to be on vacation this week and possibly next week as well. :-)

as gullible as we all are right now, are you joking about VSCs vacation or is that true?

No one is gullible.

I am only joking.

But the way things are progressing it looks like they have picked up October....they will process what they can..send out RFE's and then touch Nov. so probably in June November will get a shot. Next week is a four day week..a short week.

so is it safe to assume that VSC knocks out most of the filers from one particular month within one month or 30 days ?

example - October filers being knocked out within may

I disagree, because Sept approvals started in March and it is now almost end of May and there are people still waiting, so I would say it takes them about 2 months to process one month and then it takes them close to 6 weeks to clear out all the ones that were sent RFE's or the ones that they forgot to process at all LOL.

I think Nov approvals will start mid June and then they will be dragged to mid Sept. But most of Nov filers will be processed at the end of July

In that case, me being a january filer i would probably be pushed all the way to next year.

Dayummm

LOL Not exactly but kind of close. Unless they transfer some cases to CSC, I don't think you will see any movement of Jan filers until Sept. I am of course no specialist, but they seem to be extremely slow and with summer coming in the way and everybody getting their vacation I predict they will be even slower now(which is really sad)

Moemac: I think you are going to need to take some donuts and coffee for them. You are nominated on our behalf since you are closest to them.

What if... we all actually did that? Send them 10 dozen donuts and alot of coffee with a nice note saying that hurry up ? LOL
