I probably won't be doing that. The fact they haven't finished September yet, makes me think there will be a lot RFE's for November or transfers. Also, I don't think they are being nice when they send any of us RFE's, so why should we be nice and provide them with further information. But that is my opinion, I will be happy to hear others as well:)

I-751 sent on 11/07/14 NOA1 on 11/14/14 Biometrics date 12/16/14 i have to numbers for application (I751 and CR189) i can't track the i751 one, just the cr189 is it normal? Thanks

Hi SandM, yes, it is within the usual timeframe. If you don't get the biometrics appointment letter within 30 days from your NOA1 receipt date, call USCIS and tell them about it. They then should send

Nov14filers.

Don't you dare do that. Making your case more complicated n might take longer. If anything else, they would return it n asked you to wait for an RFE before sending any additional information. Just wait for their decision.

Did you respond to your RFE?

For anyone of us: Do you guys check uscis online case status? Nothing appears to be updated. Mine was updated last on nov 24th when they sent out my year extension. No updates for bio metrics completed etc

Kash: Looks like you are from Atlanta as well. What do you think is the N400 response time for us? I meant the turn around time. Is it a year or less?

From what I have seen so far...N400 apps at the ATL office are taking about a year or slightly over! We have one of the slowest offices in the country am afraid.

I am hoping that Buffalo will be quick when I apply. Fingers crossed!

moemac59: We may be about 1.5 to 2 months away I think.

Looks like VSC is severely backlogged even though they transferred cases in Nov, 2014, just before we filed ours

I know and I am trying to remain hopeful. I am just worried about them sending an RFE because we didn't have medical insurance or a estate will/poa/living will at the time.

Kash2011: Looks like you might still have a chance to vote in 2016 general election. I doubt that i will. My early filing date for N 400 is in early nov 2015. if it takes a year to approve, I won't have a shot at it.
