I-751 sent on 11/07/14 NOA1 on 11/14/14 Biometrics date 12/16/14 i have to numbers for application (I751 and CR189) i can't track the i751 one, just the cr189 is it normal? Thanks

Hi SandM, yes, it is within the usual timeframe. If you don't get the biometrics appointment letter within 30 days from your NOA1 receipt date, call USCIS and tell them about it. They then should send

I sent on November 7, they received on November 10, I got biometrics appointment letter on november 22, and they scheduled me for Dec 1, but I went early on November 26, and I was attended to. I've been checking online everyday since then till today that I saw the card was ordered for production yesterday.

Congrats on your approval and thank you for updating your profile! It helps the others out!

KASH2011: Looks like you got yours approved in six months at Vermont. Can you update all of us about the documents you had submitted to them etc?

Besides the application form and fees, I sent;

Copies of;

-Front and back of GC

-Quarterly joint checking and savings bank A/C statements

-Quarterly joint car insurance bills, cards and statements

-2012 and 2013 joint tax return transcripts

-Quarterly Joint utility bills and statements for -->> Power, phones, internet, water

-10 photos from our previous trips and holidays with family and friends-->> printed on regular A4 printer paper!

-2 x Joint house lease agreements (contracts for 2012 and 2013)

-Quarterly Joint house rental bills, payments and statements

-Mail addressed to us both (just a few envelopes copied on reg A4 printer paper)

....and a lucky charm :lol:

That was all.

you got lucky !! i submitted almost same documents. now they want me to submit... health insurance and health power of attorney or any wills....which i don't have :(

For anyone of us: Do you guys check uscis online case status? Nothing appears to be updated. Mine was updated last on nov 24th when they sent out my year extension. No updates for bio metrics completed etc


Kash: Looks like you are from Atlanta as well. What do you think is the N400 response time for us? I meant the turn around time. Is it a year or less?

@nov14filers -- my status is the same when I check for updates. It's says the same now as it did right after they accepted my application. No change. Ever. :-/

The K-1 Visa journey for myself and my two K-2 children:

K-1: NOA1 2011-8-10; NOA2 2012-1-12; Interview 2012-4-24; Visa issued 2012-9-17; POE (Sarnia) 2012-9-26; Wedding! 2012-10-02
AOS: NOA1 2012-11-20; Biometrics 2012-12-14; AP/EAD approved 2013-1-11; Interview 2013-1-31; 2-yr Green cards in hand 2013-2-9 (101 days total)

Does anyone knows if uscis still put tracking number on mailed cards, my card was mailed yesterday,but the tracking number is not online, I called them to ask for the tracking number, and they were just asking funny questio ns.

USCIS does not create (generate) tracking numbers! USPS usually creates tracking numbers after picking up mail (and logging it into their system) containing cards! Your next updated will include a tracking number!

Has any one of you tried to submit additional evidences of bonafide marriage to them without getting a RFE?

If so...what was their response?

I am thinking of sending them my 2014 taxes without them asking for it. Any comments?
