This cover sheet is for the whole thing. So you have to send the AOS and IV docs together and this goes on top of everything.

Pls help me with this Ian. This form needs to be on top of everything or for the AOS docs only? Am sending all tom iv and aos in one. But i dont get this.

I've noticed that some people are reluctant to ask for employment letters and I have no idea why, it happened with the joint sponsor for my cousin's husband. He didn't want to get an employment letter for some reason and I didn't want to try and convince him, so I just used the pay stubs.

The pay stubs are fine because it's really either or. Just make sure that they are the most recent and that they cover the last 6 months, they usually have a YTD (year to date amount). The 4 most recent is good, but since he gets paid biweekly, then the 2 most recent should be fine as long as it shows the YTD amount.

i hope the pay stub is fine. i don't want to get a checklist. i don't know why some people don't want to get this employment letter where i find it so easy to get one before.

The pay stub will be fine as long as it shows what he has made so far this year and it's the most recent. My cousin's joint sponsor didn't want to get an employment letter, we used his most recent pay stub and it was fine. It's either the letter or the pay stub, some people send both, but it's ok to send the pay stubs alone.
