My Wife is a US Citizen. She doesn't make enough.

(1) She filled out I-864

We have a joint sponsor who filed taxes jointly with his wife but his wife doesn't work as she is a house wife.

(2) Joint Sponsor filled out I-864

(3) Joint Sponsor's wife filled out I-864A

We have copy of the recent Tax Return Script 1040 filled by the joint sponsor and his wife.

Please try to answer my questions.

A) On I-864 Part 6 #5 We listed the joint sponsor individual annual income stated and backed by a letter by a employer. Is this correct?

B) On I-864 Part 6 #6c Would the Joint Sponsor put 0.00 since his wife is unemployed and does not make anything?

C) On I-864 Part 6 #10 We put the same amount as #5 since the wife is unemployed

D) On I-864 Part 6 #13a/13b/13c We put Adjusted Gross Income on Line 37 of the Joint 1040 Tax Transcript.

E) Would I-864 Part 6 #13a/13b/13c entries be the same in I-864A #11

F) Can #12 be left blank on I-864A since joint sponsor wife is unemployed

Please please help. Any help will be much much appreciated. Thank You so much in advance

D) On I-864 Part 6 #13a/13b/13c We put Adjusted Gross Income on Line 37 of the Joint 1040 Tax Transcript. No. You use the Total Income from form 1040, which is line 22.

E) Would I-864 Part 6 #13a/13b/13c entries be the same in I-864A #11 Yes.

F) Can #12 be left blank on I-864A since joint sponsor wife is unemployed Yes. Assets are not a requirement, and she is not using hers for the joint sponsorship.

Please please help. Any help will be much much appreciated. Thank You so much in advance
