You'll be waiting for that show. I've asked for the facts, the indictments and the convictions yesterday already. Nothing. As expected.

I know there will be nothing from UB regarding facts, but I am hoping for a few more snarky comments about spelling or something really funny like that. The Mommy line was real hoot.

You can make it singular or plural, whichever one helps you the most. Just let me know when you actually find one proven case of wide scale voter fraud. Show me one election whose results were proven to be swayed by voter fraud. Show me one proven case of a concerted effort to rig a statewide or nationwide election by voter fraud.

All there in the links, junior. None so blind as them what refuse to click on the blue letters and respond cogently.

There are no proven cases of voter fraud in your links.

Here maybe this will help.

proveverb \ˈprüv\

: to show the existence, truth, or correctness of (something) by using evidence, logic, etc.

Of course this doesn't fit your definition. From the provided links:

...the group identified 1,099 felons -- all ineligible to vote -- who had voted in the Franken-Coleman race.
. In a story ignored by the national media, in April a Tunica County, Miss., jury convicted NAACP official Lessadolla Sowers on 10 counts of fraudulently casting absentee ballots. Sowers is identified on an NAACP website as a member of the Tunica County NAACP Executive Committee. Sowers received a five-year prison term for each of the 10 counts

Astonished but not surprised at your unwillingness to read what's been written and respond coherently...

My definition of "proven" is the same as the dictionary, what's yours? As expected, you got nothing. Allegations do not equal proof.

10 counts of casting fraudulent absentee ballots is about right when it comes to proven cases voter fraud. Most voter fraud is committed by absentee ballot. But tell me again how an isolated case of 10 fraudulent votes constitutes a problem. And how will a voter id law prevent absentee fraud?

Felons voting is voter fraud in most states, as it was in the Franken race. You asked, I delivered.

You asked for proof, I delivered. Now you want to move the goal posts. That's intellectual dishonesty. Seems to be how you roll though. <_<

Voter ID would not prevent any of these cases, though. Voter ID is to prevent people to cast a vote as someone other than themselves. The people did not present themselves as someone they're not. Thus Voter ID will not root out people ineligible to vote - such as these felons that hadn't completed their full sentences - from voting. Ideally, a felon that is not eligible to vote should not be on the voter roll. Yet these people were on the voter rolls and thus able to cast a ballot. I don't see how having to present an ID at the polls would change that.

Same here - Voter ID does NOTHING to stop this type of voter fraud.

There is no proof of the felons voting, only allegations.

I asked for proof of wide scale voter fraud, you failed to deliver. An isolated case of 10 votes hardly meets that criteria. There is no doubt that small isolated cases of voter fraud do exist, but they do not pose a large enough problem (if any real problem at all), to justify the cost of implementing a voter id law.

...that would do NOTHING to combat the types of voter fraud - ineligible voter and absentee voter - that are discussed in the cases. Voter ID laws prevent someone from casting a ballot as someone they are not. That's the type of voter fraud that Voter ID addresses. And that voter fraud simply doesn't exist.
