Hi

Please i want to know how much it costs to file the petition for the k1-visa. My fiancé is going to do it today !!

11 Oct 2014 - Mailed I-129F

17 Oct 2014 - NOA1 Received via Text/Email

25 Oct 2014 - NOA1 hard copy received

03 Nov 2014 - NOA2 approved on USCIS website

07 Nov 2014 - NOA2 hard copy received

14 Nov 2014 - Case number and Application ID assigned

20 Nov 2014 - Ready for interview

05 Dec 2014 - Consulate received my case

18 Dec 2014 - Interview date (Approved)

29 Dec 2014 - Visa Issued
02 Jan 2015 - Visa in hands

Where to File

File Form I-129F at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility:

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

For USPS Express Mail and courier deliveries:

Attn: I-129F

2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

• We recommend reading our Lockbox Filing Tips before filing your petition.

• We will send you an email or text when the Dallas Lockbox facility accepts your Form I-129F if you clip a completed Form G-1145, Notification of Acceptance of Application/Petition to the front of your petition.

• Note: A Form I-129F Petition cannot be adjudicated at a USCIS Office abroad.

Filing Fee

$340. (There is no fee for petitions for K-3 status based on an immigrant petition filed by the same U.S. citizen.)

05 Feb 2015 -- RFE Requirements submitted
