Since it is from NVC it is a real deal.. I guess that email was just a response from your inquiry about your case. You will receive an Interview Appointment Letter from the US Embassy Manila soon which you will bring with you on your Interview Day and whenever you will go to your Medical exam if you haven't done it yet.

Clarification: Typically when filing for a CR1 petition, the NVC schedules the appointment at the Manila Embassy. This differs from the K1 process where the embassy schedules the appointment for K1 a visa.

It looks like you are set with your interview appointment at the US Embassy in Manila. You should take a copy of the letter from the NVC to Saint Lukes and get your medical done as soon as possible.

That is what my wife did. She had no issues but many woman in the Philippines need additional TB testing due to questionable chest X-rays which can easily add a month to the process.
