My pd is march 5th

if you havent received IL, youll probably get it by the 28th of the month.. for December IV

but try calling a few times, might be a spot for your case at your embassy

i think we might get our IL by the end of december, for a feb IV...if things move 3-5 weeks as they predict for future months..

lets hope for the best...
