Refiling i-765

Since my EAD is apparently lost in the mail, I am thinking of just refiling the i-765 and including the receipts to show I have a pending AOS. I'm thinking of also including a letter explaining my situation and requesting for it to be expedited again and hope for the best and pray they dont lose it again Does anybody have any experience with this and can maybe provide additional advice on what I should do ? It would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Did you get a tracking number the first time around and have you gone in for Infopass You don't want to put in a new application only for them to say you have a valid EAD produced in 2014 already.

Yes I got a tracking number but haven't been able to go in for infopass yet, my office has had no availability for the past several days. Thanks for pointing that out to me ..just trying to weigh my options because I have a job offer on the line that I don't wanna lose ..

Have you gone to the post office to complain It may have been delivered to the wrong address; this is 4 days after the supposed delivery after all.

The infopass site will only allow you schedule an appointment in 12-14 days time as the earliest date. You can schedule one, print out the appointment and then attempt a walk-in. Explain to security if they deny you entry that it is urgent to know exactly where the card is. Otherwise you wait for the appointment itself.

If all these attempts fail then you can refile, that's what I'd do.

I've done everything you mentioned.. I've been hounding the post office but still nothing from them.. I've just been able to get an infopass recently and I do plan to walk in, thank you for your input
