Hello everyone:

we have our appointment for next friday the 2nd....we are filling out our ds230...it states that we have to fill one out for my financee and one for every person going with her which is her daughter age 5....we just have to have a copy of the one she made for her right? Not do a seperate one for her daughter by herself? Please help

You fill out one for each... If two visas then two separate forms

This may be a consulate-specific issue. My wife submitted a DS-230 for herself but not for her son. But she did not apply for her visa in Venezuela.

If your instructions tell you to submit a DS-230 for each person, then do so. Appropriately filled out.
