My case was approved 2011, I was 17 y/o that time. My mother became US citizen 2012, and my petition was upgraded from F2A to IR2. Am I covered with CSPA because I'm turning 21 on Feb2015, and still we don't have case complete yet, I'm afraid I can't make it to US because I'm aging out.

I agree. You should be covered under the CSPA. Also please don't mind my asking, but why has your case taken so long? If your mom became a USC in 2012, you should have been finished with the process by now.

that's a big question for me also. our ds260 was delayed for almost 4months, my mother forgot to check her email.
