3 months waiting for 221g is long.specially in manila embassy.. without any update.. the other approximately 1 month... the one i know been 2 weeks in Ap i told her to call and email then she called and she found she need to pass more document. and now she waitng what to do next...

yes ita update it means they review and somene touch ur document.. just wait ... few days ... and pray and hope for the faster result:)

yes its normal the date status updated.. atleast someone touch ur case.. hope and pray for the faster result:) goodluck

I just called today and Wow they update the date. Was it normal after you gave them call they change the date updated?

Every time someone looks at your case on the computer the date will change, you called so someone checked you file... new date.
