Our response to a checklist was sent last month and until now they are still waiting for the documents. This is so frustrating. Until now I don't know when are they going to give us a case complete. My mom is calling nvc every week, but there no progress. Always checking my status oline and it's stuck at nvc. :(

can you confirm that the documents were delivered?

were you able to get a tracking number?

2 possibilities. 1) they have not scanned your documents yet and are sitting in their inbox which currently is very full

2) the documents got lost in the mail

possibility 1) is more likely. it may take 6 weeks or more for them to scan your documents.

be patient. you'll get it sorted.

nbi and police clearance. Because the 1st one we passed before is already expired, so they asked for new one. My mom is calling to nvc every week, and was told that they havent received the the documents yet, and once they received it, it's already case complete, but not really sure about it.I hope its true. Its really taking so long for me to get case complete :(

I received an email, saying that they received the documents 03oct2014 and we have to wait atleast 60days because of many paper works :(

This 60 days email is killing us slowly but surely.. but we r getting there. Alot of patience is required in this process but one day one day it'll be over.

Yeah. The 60 day wait is a killer. I have 50 something days to go before the 864 is reviewed then I have a strong feeling that I will get another checklist.

This is my fault I lapsed on having my sibling complete the 864 form. The AOS and IV fees were paid since June 22nd and IV package submitted since July.

I'm praying that I get CC and transfered to the embassy by January.
