*waves.

Ty. We are excited about the baby. :)

Not too excited about the AOS sitch. We actually just did an inquiry. Our first. And received a form letter stating that our application is pending and to expect a response

in 210 !!!! days. My husband lost it. We have just sent in the renewal EAD app, as his expires mid December. I am expecting the RFE for his medical bc it expired back in July, but so far no news on that front.

As for tips, I have none. It is random who gets approved and when. I have ceased attempting to figure it out. :/

best of luck and I hope yours comes through soon.

Also, not sure about posting other links here in this forum, but we found an awesome Aussie Bakery out of Georgia that delivers if you are missing any of the foods. My husband loves the meat pies. It is called the Australian Bakery Cafe. :)

What are the odds...the day after I posted, after so many months, the status changed to "New Card Being Produced". So yay!!

I will say that my EAD is expiring on the 22nd, so they magically approved it precisely 1 week before then? Seems like perhaps they were arbitrarily holding onto it until then? I wonder if anyone else had that happen?

RE medical, you shouldn't have to do it again since it was valid when you applied. I know my K-1 visa was issued March 2014 (so that means it expires March 2015?) and I didn't get any RFE to renew it.

That Aussie Bakery looks great! I may occasionally have to do business trips to Atlanta (my company has an office there) so perhaps I'll have to take advantage at those times. We also found on our honeymoon in Portland if you ever happen to be there, there's a meat pie shop owned by an Australian there too. It's called Pacific Pie Co. Boy was it good!

Best of luck for you now! I wonder if it'll magically get approved a week before your mid December EAD expiry? No idea, maybe that was just coincidental for me.
