It take longer for people adjusting from K1 to get an interview scheduled? I wasn't aware of this. Your EAD definitely went pretty fast though :)

I so wasn't aware of this either, great..that's just the best news ever!!!

Our is still saying that as well, we're wondering what's the hold up? GEESH!!

We called USCIS the other day, they're backed up by a couple months in filing the applications. Our city is backed up as far as June, so they haven't begun to process any October filers yet. I don't know how backed up others are, but June/Milwaukee is a good indication as to how backed up USCIS is in general.

So they only mail notifications? Nothing electronic?(((

I never got anything electronic that said that they were going to be sending us a potential interview waiver notice. On the internet it still says that our RFE response was received and that we should receive some information by january 16th.

Congrats! I just read this post and went to check our case status... and my husband’s EAD card was ordered to be produced. I want to have a party.

Yay congratulations and thank you! Its so exciting to be moving right along… have you received it now in the mail?

For those who have applied for ssn, how long did it take to receive the card? Do you really have to wait 10 days before going to apply?

I got my ssn before I got married after arriving on K1. It took 4 weeks due to my I94 having my name the wrong way around but it was no issue as they manually confirmed my identity and I received my card ihe mail 4 weeks later. By the time I had received the ssn card we had gotten married and we went back to the office to show the marriage certificate to change my last name, then I got the new card in the mail about a week later.

For the K1 visa to AOS filers: Has anyone gotten an interview appointment or an Interview Waiver Letter yet?

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview
