Finally, I just got a txt/email that I have an interview date! in about 30 days, just waiting for the notification!

The email said "Testing and Interview"...is the testing part for the naturalization? ..hah its 4.30am..I will get it later... :P

Am in the same boat as you. I got RFE and responded, I was told that there will be a decision or case update by January 23. Hopefully you will hear something on yours.

Yes I wonder if we will hear anything by that time, I hear that some people say what they write on their website isn't always correct :/ ….I will let you know if I find anything out! :)

EAD/AP card received today. Still waiting for a new update to AOS. USCIS website, dated October 29, still showing fingerprint fee received. Good luck to everybody!

Maybe but either way you need to call them, it looks like you are outside the 90 days. They should have notified you of something at this point((

So am I the only one that hasn't received EAD?

I was wondering if you had received your EAD. Our filing dates were around the same time and I was keeping on your timeline since I thought mine was taking a long time. Have you tried contacting them since it has been 90+ days?

Yeah I called them and they put in a request for me. They said to wait 15 days to call again. I have a request put it for the EAD, one for AP and I also have an appointment on the 23 in case I still haven't heard back.

Bad news for us. Our congress office contacted us and informed us the following: This case has been identified as a possible interview waiver case and is currently being held at the NBC pending a field office review. The interview waiver cases are being shipped to the local USCIS field offices based on field office capacity. At this time the processing time is approximately 9-12 months.

This has been a nightmare process for us. I hope all you are faring better!!

I want to come out of hiding and say that reading this forum has been such a lifesaver. It is a weirdly comforting knowing that we are not the only ones going through this terrible process and there are other october-filing husbands and wives at home going stir-crazy waiting for that EADs.

12/05/2014: RFE response received

12/16/2014: service request for EAD/I-765, approaching regulatory timeframe

It says in my interview notice letter that I gotta bring any government issued docs, like EAD/AP So I do have to bring it right?

Will they take it out of me if they don't aprove the interview on the spot? I am receiveing the EAD/AP next week and would like to keep it cause didn't even got the chance to use but my interview is february in the beginning

Yes u have to take all the documents u got from the process, if they deny you, which they won't , they will revoke your ead and ap card too
