Just got an email with my tracking number. I have a question for anyone who can answer this!

I'm in Pennsylvania, my local office is Pittsburgh
My AOS/EAD/AP applications were sent to Chicago (Like everyone)
My case numbers starts with MSC
The tracking number for my EAD says that the origin is KY. So why i my EAD coming from Kentucky?! I expected Missouri or Chicago.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

I received my EAD/AP combo card today in the mail. Quite a pleasant surprise because it was only posted out yesterday I was expecting it Monday!

Now that I have my EAD do I still have to have my passport on me at all times? And my NOA for my I485?
I've had my NOA for the I485 and passport on me at all times but now there is nothing in my passport saying I am here lawfully as my K1 expired the moment I arrived and my entry stamp expired in November too.

Hey guys.. I filed an E request since my case is ready to be schedule for interview since Nov. 26 but no appointment letter yet. I received an answer saying that : YOUR REQUEST FOR EXPEDITED PROCESSING OF YOUR I485 HAS BEEN GRANTED!.. if you don receive an appointment letter in the next 30 days call bla bla bla..

What exactly does that means?.. ill b have to wait 30 days again?.. exactly what was granted then?..

So guys i just got in the mail the approval notices for my AP/EAD is that my combo card??? It's not a physically plastic card, it's a piece of paper that says to take with you when traveling or show to your employer is that the "card" everyone is receiving or should I be expecting something else????? Yaaaaaay my EAD/AP have been mailed and my interview letter is on hand, me and my hubby are super happy :3 <3

I just got with my interview letter a thing saying ''If applicant has been arrested, or pulled over, if it was related with alcohol'' Stuff like that, Is that normal procedure? Just really need to know, did everybody else got a second sheet of paper with the marriage interview talking about criminal background ?

I am the applicant, the alien spouse, and have never been pulled over and arrested

My husband is the petitioner, american citizen by birth, 9 years ago he was pulled over cause he was driving his friend's brothers back from a party and they had alcohol in the car without my husband notice, my husband wasn't drinking, so he lost his driver license cause of the kids and had to pay a fee of 200 if he wanted to get it back, but he never paid or got it back....Still tho it wasn't his fault so nobody said anything they just got the driver license ... Should we bring any document stating that he had to pay a fee to get the license back but hasn't being arrested or anything bad? Thanks a lot in advance

I called USCIS for a giving us a scheduled time frame. Just learned that since we had a RFE on my EAD and AP my combo card will be granted within the 90 days after receiving response on the RFE in stead of 90 days after filing for AOS/EAD/AP.

I am so sad! I was in the understanding that I should receive the card within the next 15 days and I just received a fantastic job offer which now I might have to decline:(. Should I contact our congressman? Would this help maybe? I just don't understand USCIS. They sent us out a RFE because they thought my wife's current income isn't high enough while it is (I do believe the made a mistake for sending out a RFE). Instead of helping us, they are making it even more harder for us. Job opportunities like this are very limited. If I would be able to accept this job, there would be absolutely no financial stress, we even could start saving. I just really don't like how bureaucratic and unfair this system works. USCIS slows you down, and limits the opportunities to integrate faster because that's what a job would help you with.

Was the RFE for the EAD or I485? I received RFE for my EAD after 75 days and my lawyer saidvi should receive my EAD and AP withing 30 days. I hope so, then i do not have to wait another 90 days. Usually uscis would tell you after 90 days but it will be approve withing 30 to 60 days.
