Revived biometrics(fingerprinting) appt letter 10/29/14. The appt is scheduled for 11/14/14.

Sent packets october 21 and was received on the 23. Received text message and email of all 3 case numbers on the 28 routing to NBC. Waiting for NOA and biometrics appt. :)

Congrats on the first step of AOS! I sent mine October 20, recevied on October 22, and I am still waiting for my NOA. Hopefully this week! :content:

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

Just curious, trying to find a correlation between us that are still waiting and those that got nearly instant notifications. I sent mine to the chicago lockbox but i used Fedex.

I sent mine overnight express and got my NOA1 two business days after the email notification of receipt if that helps.

K-1 Visa -  Date of arrival to US  Aug 30, 2014

Married September 26, 2014

AOS: SEPT 24th, 2015 GREEN CARD RECEIVED !! 

ROC:  Oct 10, 2018    Approval of ROC via online USCIS site.  

Naturalization: March 26th, 2021 Approved!!

As of 2022, we are working towards moving back to Australia likely in 2025.

yesterday my husband and I received an RFE for two things...

I missed signing one of the forms and made a copy of the entire packet and see that and totally understand that but I don't understand the second RFE which states that we didn't send our IRS information but I sent both mine (sponsor) and my mothers (household member) IRS transcripts from the IRS website. I dont understand :( We made an appointment with the local office to see where we went wrong.

Biometrics was today too in Milwaukee, they let me in the waiting room with my husband but didn't let me in with him even for translating and after he asked if I could come with. He said the gentleman that helped him was nice, I found him to be a little rude and condescending since he was making remarks that I was not prepared enough after asking him if we could just cross out the mistake my husband made on the worksheet, I had to leave my husband by himself at security and him in the waiting room to go back to the car to drop off pepper spray that was on my keychain that I totally spaced on (we brought my mothers car and it was her keychain and so I just spaced it).

When we checked out case status for the I-485 it showed as still in the acceptance stage even though we filed on the 24th, got our NOA1 this past Monday the 27th. The USCIS website says it should take 2 business days for the status to change but it hasn't. Is this normal/has anyone else experienced this?

Biometrics has been received, date is for the 10th of November at the Milwaukee office. Looks like things are moving quick, we just got our NOA1 this week. :)
