Received an email to say that my EAD is in production! Finally :D fingers crossed for those who haven't heard yet

Does anyone knows if it is possible to put my name on my husband's cellphone bill and in our apartment electricity bill and internet bill even if I don't have an ssn card and if those things are already only in his name?

The only thing we have both our names is our bank account and lease agreement

Our interview in in february.

ALSO, we did not had a wedding yet cause we live in california, got married in august and his family lives in Maine and mine in my home country, so in california we only have a few friends and wouldn't make sense have a wedding here, we are waiting on my green card to go and have a wedding in Maine and then in Brazil

Could we travel already to have a marriage in Maine ? my B1 visa is expired but would the AOS filling confirmation make me be able to travel with him to Maine and back to LAX with no problems?

Anyone that can answer any of those question would be of a lot of help and thank you

10.30.2014 Biometrics appt letter received in mail. (Day 17)

11.13.2014 Biometrics appt Bronx/NY. [ DONE ✓✓✓ ] (Day 31)

11.26.2014 I-485 Status Changed : Ready for Interview (Day 44)

12.23.2014 I-765 : New Card is being produced (Day 71)

I-131: Case was approved.

12.31.2014 Card Was Mail to me (Day 79)

01.03.2015 Card Received (Day 82)

03.18.2020 Went to appointment, but USCIS closed all offices this day. Sign said USCIS will contact me to re-schedule. 

09.05.2020 Re-scheduled Biometrics Appointment letter sent for 09/22/2020 USCIS Bronx. 

09.22.2020 Went to appointment, took biometrics. Walk out in less than 5 mins. 

03.06.2021 Online Notification of Interview Scheduled. 

03.08.2021 Online Letter available Interview Scheduled for 04/15/2021.

Still waiting for updates on my EAD/AP! It will be 3 months on January 23. Hope I hear something soon it's getting frustrating. Anyone still waiting for any update? Package was received on October 23 and biometrics done on November 18

We are still waiting also, haven't heard a thing, but glad haven't received a RFE either!!!

12/02/2014 - Response on initial request for evidence was received (case status should be updated before 01/31/2015)

01/27/2015 - EAD/AP card in production and should be mailed to given address.

01/31/2015 - Received EAD/AP Combo card by mail :D

02/18/2015 - Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case :ranting:

6/22/17: Received NOA 1 in Mail (dated 6/16/17).

7/20/17: biometrics done.

9/10/18: Approval letter received. 

9/13/18: Picked up card from Post office.

December 29th 2014: Applied for my change of status on my Social Security Number, From Not Valid for Work to Valid for Work only with DHS Authorization.
