06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

Hey guys i have a question. I called the help line and ask the lady if they give me a tracking number for the EAD combo.. and she said no?.. does any of you knows how that really works?

11.13.2014 Biometrics appt Bronx/NY. [ DONE ✓✓✓ ] (Day 31)

11.26.2014 I-485 Status Changed : Ready for Interview (Day 44)

I guess she was new because i also called because i never get status updates neither emails or txt msg ans she told me that i wasnt going to receive any notification because i didn't have anything approved which i totally disagreed with her.. i decided to hang up cause she didnt help me mych

Still waiting to hear anything since RFE was received for I-485 at the beginning of December. Not heard anything about EAD since NOA1. Seems strange since I filed October 16th....

10.16.14 : I-485 AOS & I-765 EAD mailed

10.20.14 : Packet received

11.06.14 : NOA email and text msg for AOS & EAD

11.10.14 : NOA hard copy

11.17.14 : Biometrics letter received

11.24.14 : Biometrics appointment

11.26.14 : RFE email for AOS

12.01.14 : RFE hard copy

12.02.14 : RFE sent

12.30.14 : EAD in production

01.07.15 : EAD mailed

01.08.15 : EAD received!!

Question for everyone that keeps talking about going and getting the SSN my husband (fiancé at the time) and I followed VJ's K1 visa steps and he already has his SSN, we used his visa and his I-94 to get it, now I know that we have to go back there and fix his name because there was a mix up in his I-94 and his visa and passport didn't distinguish between his first and middle name but is this not the order that we were supposed to go ahead and do this? or am I interpreting this wrong?

There was nothing wrong with how you went about things. I got my SS card back in August and will go back soon as I get my EAD card to change my SS card to my married name. All he has to do is go and have his name fixed once he has something proving his legal status like an EAD card)))

Does getting an RFE on your I-485 affect your EAD/AP? I called up USCIS today and spoke to tier 2 and she said that USCIS might have restarted the 90 day clock on my EAD coz of the I485 RFE... not sure if she's just misinformed.

RFE: 10/30/2014

RFE received: 11/19/2014

I765 filed: 10/09/2014

Approved: 1/13/2015

EAD/AP combo card mailed and tracking # issued: 1/16/2015

EAD/AP combo card received in mailbox: 1/17/2015

I-131 filed: 10/09/2014

NOA1: 10/15/2014

Approved: 1/13/2015

EAD/AP combo card mailed and tracking # issued: 1/16/2015

Removing conditions timeline:

Day 0: I-751 (Removing conditions) package mailed: 12/09/2016

Day 1: I-751 package received at PO Box: 12/10/2016

Day 5: NOA1 for I751 received: 12/15/2016 (NOA date is 12/12/2016)

Day 536: NOA received for I751 approval (NOA date is 05/24/2018). New WAC issued. 

Day 538: Greencard mailed out, picked up by USCIS. (05/31/2018)

we are on the same boat. It will be the 90th day on Jan.22. Hopefully it won't take that long to hear anything from them. I do hope these people working on our case are fully equipped and outlined with how this application works. Sometimes, it turned out to be very subjective and worse is, one person provides different info from one another.

Yes and people seem to be getting RFE at the end of there 90 days. Hopefully thats not the case for us and we hear something soon. Keep me updated if you hear anything.

That's the part that I don't like. They're prolonging our agony. I will certainly keep you posted.

10/07/14 - Package (!-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 concurrent filing sent to Chicago Lockbox (Day 00)
10/10/14 - Package delivered and signed for (Day 3)
10/16/14 - Acceptance confirmation text messages/emails received (Day 10)
10/20/14 - Hardcopy NOA's for all forms (Day 14)
10/23/14 - Biometrics letter received in the mail - Appointment November 5 (Day 17)
11/05/14 - Biometrics done! (Day 30)
02/05/15 - EAD/AP Approved/ Card in Production

02/13/15 - EAD/AP Combo Received

08/07/15 - Interview notice was mailed to me (interview set for 9/10)

08/10/15 - Interview notice in mail (interview set for 7:00 am)

9/10/15 - Interview

9/10/15 - Card in Production email notice.

9/12/15: Texts and emails i-485 and i-130 approved on 9/10 and welcome notice sent

9/15/15 : Received Text and email update that card had been mailed 9/15. (No tracking)
9/16/15 : Received Text and email update that the card has been delivered (Tracking).

9/17/15 : Green Card received!

6/13/17 : Mailed I-751.

6/16/17: I-751 delivered.

6/22/17: Received NOA 1 in Mail (dated 6/16/17).

7/20/17: biometrics done.

9/10/18: Approval letter received. 

9/13/18: Picked up card from Post office.

I got a RFE for my I'485 and didn't affect my EAD/AP I have my card and soon my ssn, hope your case move forward and able to work. :)

Mine arrived in 2 days after they mail it and when I get the update in my case page they put the tracking number,
