That's great to hear! I saw that your EAD was approved on Dec 17th but you only got notified yesterday? Was there a delay in MSC/NBC updating the online system?

I got an update stating that my EAD was approved and that they will sent it to production this on the 17 and on the 22nd I received a text and an update on my account saying that my card was on the mail.

December 29th 2014: Applied for my change of status on my Social Security Number, From Not Valid for Work to Valid for Work only with DHS Authorization.

January 12th, 2015: I received my SSC!!!! :goofy:

We just went to our interview and we got APPROVED! CARD ORDERED! :) relieved! No EAD/AP yet but wont be needing it anyway, was told that I can throw it if I receive it as its useless. She stamped my passport with temporary I-551 which is valid for 6months without even asking, but card may be delivered in 10 days.

Hoping you guys get your updates soon as well!

Hey guys.. a question to those whos I 765 status updated... They day i checked my status was New card is being produced.. And now that i check again it says Card was order to be produced. What exactly does yours says??.. Does this means they will mail it anytime soon? Also do they provide a tracking number?.. because i didnt get any notifications..

I Got my EAC combo!! I received it on the 24th my beautiful christmas present ♡ Now I have to wait for my interview :) I will update my signature ones I get to my computer, trying to do it on my phone and keeps kicking me out :S.

My combo card was just delivered. So happy.

10/12: I-130,485,131 and 765 sent

10/14 Forms received (=priority date)

11/12: Biometrics completed

12/18: EA/AP approved

12/27: EA/AP combo card received

No update about my I-485 and I-130. The status remains as "Fingerprint fees received" and "your case was received".

My local office is San Francisco, and they are processing I-485 in 4 months. My 4 months is 2/11, and I am not even in the "Test & Interview" status yet. I guess I will continue waiting... At least I have my EA/AP card.

Hi guys,

Quick question here: My I-485 wasn't transferred to a local office, and I got the following update:

"On November 19, 2014, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC1590xxx. Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by January 18, 2015, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed."

Does this mean I will get an interview-waiver? I heard that interview-waived cases take longer than expected...anyone here in a similar boat?

My I-485 say the same, only minen say by Jan 10th and I haven't received any letter for interview and I already did my fingerprints.. so. I have no clue what's next... :P at least I am not the only one in the same situation :)

I hope it gets resolved quickly! My EAD/AP hasn't come yet, but I'm away from home on vacation, so I have no idea if its in the mail. No updated on the online system yet.. :( really frustrating as I want to get started on my work here!

I am in also in the same boat. Wondering whether I will have a interview or not. I hope I do so I at least receive my green card faster. Didn't receive my EAD yet:( congrats to both of you!

11/18/2014 - Case Suspended (RFE is on its way :()

12/02/2014 - Response on initial request for evidence was received (case status should be updated before 01/31/2015)

01/27/2015 - EAD/AP card in production and should be mailed to given address.

01/31/2015 - Received EAD/AP Combo card by mail :D

02/18/2015 - Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case :ranting:

06/22/2015 - Received Welcome Letter & AOS approved :goofy:
