So i am from california and my case is concurrent case filled at the Chicago Lockbox, my bio appointment for EAD card and I-485 was on the day 17 of november, my case was received on 22 october.... still no updates, no changes on status, on the website my cases still as ''On October 24, 2014, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number Our National Benefits Center location is working on your case. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address''

Does anyone please know a number I could call to ask for updates about my EAD/AP and I-485 ?

You are still within normal time frames. My case was received October 10 and I'm still waiting on updates. After 75 days you can call or submit a request for EAD/AP status.

But you might try their 1-800 number:

Did it update on the site to interview has been scheduled? And when did you send in your application?

Thanks Hunter for the "congrats!"

The site didn't update. In fact, the receipt changed along with the website overhaul. I sent in the AOS package via FedEx on 10/8. RFE response review dated on 11/10. No updates until this morning. Already received interview letter in the mail.

Hey!

It seems like for us everything takes a little bit longer than for other people... we sent our aos package to chicago October 3rd, usps said it got there October 8th but in our NOA1 it said they recieved our case October 14th... So than we got the Biometrics Apointment Letter at the beginning of November, scheduled for November 20th, since than Nothing.... Our AOS Case says ready to schedule an Interview since a month now, no Interview Letter... I am getting so frustrated, I had a emotional breakdown at the secretary of state today because apparently none of my informations are in their system... so i just started crying like a little baby lol. Also I am unable to sign in a account on the casestatus check site... I can create one but than not log in... Does anybody has any advice for me at all, other than waiting? I really need to start working :(

am I the only one that had bio appointment for EAD/I-485 on the day 11/17/2014 and still got no updates? I am starting to get worried that maybe i did something wrong on the biometrics, cause I walked in, filled my form there about my race and stuff, and then i took the biometrics, once the guy finished getting my biometrics and gave me a stamp in my letter I just left the place.... maybe there is something I forgot to do?

You guys think that I should call USCIS and ask about my case? I am scared that if i call they gonna be rude and not help... but should i call to make sure is all ok with my case? in the website still ''fingerprint fee was received '' :/

Is gonna be one month in the day 17 since i took the bio, scared that maybe i lost a notice or RFE cause me and my hubby share the mailbox with roommates
