Yep, same here, been waiting and seeing other status move. I had called them and they said atleast 60 days to interview letter, but some are getting sooner or their status is changing after a week or two. I don't think you or me will get rfe now since its been a while and most rfe is coming close to the bio date.

It's good to know there are others in the same boat. thanks for the info

i see some cases are going fast.. others are stuck after biometrics.. please edit your signatures with your timelines just for the rest of us can understand all Octobers process time and different locations..

10/07/14 - Package (!-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 concurrent filing sent to Chicago Lockbox (Day 00)
10/10/14 - Package delivered and signed for (Day 3)
10/16/14 - Acceptance confirmation text messages/emails received (Day 10)
10/20/14 - Hardcopy NOA's for all forms (Day 14)
10/23/14 - Biometrics letter received in the mail - Appointment November 5 (Day 17)
11/05/14 - Biometrics done! (Day 30)
02/05/15 - EAD/AP Approved/ Card in Production

02/13/15 - EAD/AP Combo Received

08/07/15 - Interview notice was mailed to me (interview set for 9/10)

08/10/15 - Interview notice in mail (interview set for 7:00 am)

9/10/15 - Interview

9/10/15 - Card in Production email notice.

9/12/15: Texts and emails i-485 and i-130 approved on 9/10 and welcome notice sent

9/15/15 : Received Text and email update that card had been mailed 9/15. (No tracking)
9/16/15 : Received Text and email update that the card has been delivered (Tracking).

9/17/15 : Green Card received!

6/13/17 : Mailed I-751.

6/16/17: I-751 delivered.

6/22/17: Received NOA 1 in Mail (dated 6/16/17).

7/20/17: biometrics done.

9/10/18: Approval letter received. 

9/13/18: Picked up card from Post office.

Yes, I think California and more specifically San Diego is taking at least 5 and a half months to process an I-485 application. Other states are just so lucky! Prolly not as many immigrants there!

Thats what my lawyer said also. My local office is about 6 months processing time.

Married September 26, 2014

AOS: SEPT 24th, 2015 GREEN CARD RECEIVED !! 

ROC:  Oct 10, 2018    Approval of ROC via online USCIS site.  

Naturalization: March 26th, 2021 Approved!!

As of 2022, we are working towards moving back to Australia likely in 2025.

To all the dallas field office filers, just got a response from a person that filed in august and did their bio metrics already, their status hasn't changed yet to interview and testing, So enjoy thanksgiving, Christmas and valentines day before we hear anything at all lol.

Well, it comforts me to know a lot of people are in the same boat.... my case is being processed by Chicago Lockbox, I am in california.... Bio done 11/17/2014 and no updates yet.. still ''fingerprint fee was received'' in my online case status
